If you are having any large electronic device/TV/car speakers installed, then there is no reason not to have total tech. Plus the warranties.

Disappointing experience so far both on the phone and in store regarding computer issues. I ended up fixing software issues myself. Phone support outside of the US only wanted to do remote access to my computer. Refused to tell me what to do to solve the problem. I am not a computer expert, but I managed to figure it out myself. If I could do that, the geek squad should have known what to do. For another issue regarding hardware, the store wouldn't do basic diagnostics without me leaving my computer there for 48 hours. I went home and called Dell and they diagnosed it in 5 minutes over the phone by running basic diagnostic tests. That's what I thought the geek squad would do.

This is very helpful and the techs are so nice. It is there when you need it.

This has come in handy when tech support has been needed. Techs are knowlegeable and explain things in simple terms. Money well spent.

Great value, especially you you buy a lot of electronics. Always have that extended warranty. Just make sure you keep the membership or your warranty goes away.

Because of Totaltech, now "Best Buy total, I was able to get my appliance replaced because it could not be fixed at no cost.

I am about to use this protection plan tomorrow. I bought a PC 2 months ago and it just stopped working so I really hope it was worth all the hype.

They do a ok job depending on what you are wanting done, normally takes long then what is told if you can even get in for a appointment to get what you are wanting done in a timely manner.

This membership is of real value!! I have had all my appliances to security systems installed for free which is a real steal! Highly recommend!
