Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bestbuy total (formarly totaltech) is worth the cost of purchase if you have a lot of appliances that you need installation for. The cost of the service is $200 per year, so any installation costs above that make the service worth the cost. Aside from that, you get extended warranty services for the year of purchase, which is completely redundant since all appliances come with minimum 1yr manufacture warranty. I thought i was getting a good deal on exclusive promotions as well, but now the $50 tier includes the same promotional prices, and the discounts are noticably worse. The tech support is mediocre so having it be 24/7 isn’t really all that helpful. It is not worrh the cost for most, but if you need free installation, it may be worth it for you.
