This membership is a great value. I use it all the time. Saves money, and we all like that. It's worth the cost.

Although the price has gone up, this is still the best, easiest, and most accessible help to keep my laptop up and running.

Initially, I thought this membership was an upsell when I was setting up an appointment to install my car audio. But with the install cost being included into this membership, it ended only being an extra $20 to sign up for this membership for a year.. I am so glad I did. This membership is amazing, I really like the included delivery and install costs and included protection plans items. For protection plans, I am always on the fence on buying protection plans with my items but this membership gives me two years on most items, which is well worth it if you buy alot from Best Buy. I moved into a new place and needed things to fill it - like a treadmill, TV, propane grill, etc. It's super easy to order and schedule a time for them to come and install it. Plus, the customer support is super nice, you really do get great service with totaltech. Overall, I'm very happy with this service and will probably continue being a member. I canceled my Amazon Prime for this.

Ordered a full kitchen of appliances and opted to purchase this plan because it includes installation. The installation crew was awesome! A great deal!

This membership not only covers my Best Buy purchase but also the computer I purchased for my granddaughter's use at college!

This membership is great buy because it gives me a great ease to know that my electronics can be repaired when needed.

I have a several year old tablet Samsung Galaxy SM-T800 that need a new battery. It was purchased at Best Buy. For that, I called the 800 number for the Geek Squad and explained what I needed. They told me that Best Buy did not carry the required replacement battery but I could get it online, somewhere else, and guided me to the website to buy it. They told me that I should buy it and take it to my local store in Reno for the replacement, free of charge under the Totaltech support. They scheduled me for that on 6/6/2023 at 10:20am. Since then, and for several days, I received remainders of the appointment, that I confirmed. I got to the Reno store at the indicated time, and to my surprise, I was told that they could not do the repair, and to go somewhere else. I am reading at the Best Buy website that they are a "Samsung authorized service center" and offer to repair computers and tablets. Because of the refusal, I went to a local computer store and they charged me $86 for the battery replacement. On discussing the issue with my neighbors, they saw the Geek refusal as unwarranted and suggested I should contact a higher level person in the system. Of interest, after my failed appointment, I received a text message from Best Buy indicating that I had missed the appointment.
