Only used twice, person was rude, each time all they would say is all we can do is rest to factory settings,. I tried walk up option and they had no appointments set for two hours (according to board) and the person was rude over not having an appointment. nothing makes it clear what products they will work on.

I purchased this at the advice of the sales associate and this was well worth the price.

Membership is great for small electronics, but if you have an issue with large appliances. It is kind of a headache. I have an issue with my dishwasher and it has been over a month now with 4 trips with orders replaced and still not fixed. Customers service is a joke and you can get hold of anyone with queek squad.

This membership is great buy because it gives me a great ease to know that my electronics can be repaired when needed.

Although the price has gone up, this is still the best, easiest, and most accessible help to keep my laptop up and running.

I have gotten real value in having this service ready to use when a need comes up. I feel confident that I have help available when needed.

Bestbuy total (formarly totaltech) is worth the cost of purchase if you have a lot of appliances that you need installation for. The cost of the service is $200 per year, so any installation costs above that make the service worth the cost. Aside from that, you get extended warranty services for the year of purchase, which is completely redundant since all appliances come with minimum 1yr manufacture warranty. I thought i was getting a good deal on exclusive promotions as well, but now the $50 tier includes the same promotional prices, and the discounts are noticably worse. The tech support is mediocre so having it be 24/7 isn’t really all that helpful. It is not worrh the cost for most, but if you need free installation, it may be worth it for you.

This membership not only covers my Best Buy purchase but also the computer I purchased for my granddaughter's use at college!

All I have to fo is explain my problem, leave my product there then come back and pick it up. Easy peasey!
