This membership has a chip on Android and is in a workmanlike of the rent board's decision-making processes and I am not sure how much appreciated I need help with the policy to tenants and ensure that impartiality is not the contractors that can be used for a 3rd or 4th amendment to a unit or a time when we have them call us and we appreciate the time you are taking a knee out of your mind to be present at pm to see if you have animal rights and remedies for your attention a little

This membership has already paid for itself since I had two computers lock up at about the same time. Geek Squad recovered most of my information and saved the day. Only downside was that the backup was one huge folder on the hard drives and I have had to track down all of my old files and reinstall them where they need to be.

I didn't know what I was getting when I opted for this option, it was just initially to help me transfer data from one computer to another and help me connect a work printer to my laptop, but what I have gotten has paid for itself several times in just 3 months!! From discounts on video games, 24/7 support, and team that I can feel confident in knowing they will stop at nothing to help me accomplish the goals I have! It's the best investment and continues to impress me!

As a property manager, we replace old appliances (maybe 1-3 a year). The total tech plan covers delivery and install costs. That said, the cost of the membership is cheaper than the cost of 1 appliance delivery and install. And not only that, you will now get the total tech protection plan for anything else you buy for the year. Was able to have a cable modem install and set up by the geek squad. And if I buy a huge TV? Yup, they will deliver, install and set that up too. Winning...

Your asking yourself if the membership is worth it? If you own a business, shop at Best Buy a lot, or have expensive items, just do yourself a favor and buy it! Become a member! I’m glad I am. It allows you to get the Warrenty on any item purchased as well as Best Buy benefits! My household uses lots of electronics so I know I’m covered. I am a photographer and camera products are not cheap. I know when I make purchases my equipment is protected and leaves me stress free!

The warranty side of this membership is a scam; only purchase this membership if it will save you on delivery and installation when you purchase your products. The goal of Best Buy after that is to get the current membership to cancel, and then they will sell it to you again the next time as a "renewal," which is actually a new membership that will not cover any of your previous purchases. The Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator I purchased just broke; the ice tray froze and fell into the ice bucket, and they filled the whole tray with water." after only 18 months. When I went in to check, my online dashboard for purchases stated I am covered through November of 2024. When I called for service, they said they could help by offering 20% off the repair service, a benefit of my current membership, since my membership for this particular item was canceled for nonrenewal due to the card on file not processing. In November of 2023, I thought I was renewing the "my Best Buy total" membership; I was buying a new one, which only covered current and future purchases, not previous ones. My previous one had expired in September of 2023. Best Buy's process is to email you if, for some reason, your card on file doesn't work or they don't have one, and it is time for renewal. Of course, these emails come with the flood of Best Buy sales emails, so most of us will overlook them, and your online dashboard for purchases still shows all of them are covered; it's only under the separate heading of the membership dashboard directly that shows what products are active or canceled. I know it's my fault at the end since I didn't pay attention to the emails but Best Buy's process and what they lead their customer to believe about the service and what is and is not covered is very misleading.

I love Best Buy total tech . It’s worth every penny. I have peace of mind knowing if anything happened to my MacBook or my phone, I don’t have to worry about repair costs or replacing them and can just call geek squad and take care of it. I had bought used washer and dryer from facebook marketplace and had to call for service. Even though the warranty was expired, they still helped me. The response to my call was super fast and helpful! I recommend getting it for peace of mind.

Very unhappy, at first. I only gave this 4 stars as the person I was in chat with seemed to not understand the problem I needed help with. I had to call to finally get someone who could help; received in home Tech..and was very pleased with his help. To me, if you have a computer, the membership is the way to go.

I am so grateful for all that you’ve done. Best Buy has a very special group of employees. The chat team aren’t asleep at the wheel. The tech team has really helpful information about how to help people with their problems. The geek Squad they’re just going above and beyond. In store staff are courteous, patient and very knowledgeable about the products and they give you the best advice for you and also help you with the pricing, so thank you Best Buy you are my number one list.

If you frequently shop at Best Buy total tech is a must. It nearly pays for itself if used properly. I havent been able to find as many deals on items i actually want/need but have already saved over $50 in total. Just hoping some items im actually in the market for show up so I can try to benefit from the savings and make my money back on the purchases

This plan has so many fabulous features & offers, for example: i just purchased a microwave from Best Buy & as i am a member of their plan i saved an extra $60 off the list price, only available to those on their plan, also it had a 1 year Mfrg warranty, but i received that plus 2 yrs extra warranty protection from Best Buy due to i am a member of their plan & they are available 24/7 to help you with any problems or advice or instructions you may need with your purchased items.

This membership is actually really good Saves me a lot of money on products I’m already going to buy anyway Money back on things I’ve brought and goes on sale after I purchased Tech supports, deals for just having the membership, 60 day buy n try, apple care automatically for any Apple product I mean so far it’s great

I’m at a loss for words. I wish I had never purchased this or even shopped at Best Buy. Every single time I need support or an answer I get someone who gives me completely false information. Almost all of the time this false information costs me, whether it’s money or my time. I shouldn’t have to call in 5 separate times to verify that the information the agent before is correct, but with Best Buy it is always a matter of some high value item that they either can’t deliver, can’t service, can’t find the order for, or some ridiculous chain of events. When I bought my Samsung fridge, microwave and gas stove from them I didn’t realize it would take 2 weeks just to setup the appointments for delivery and installation. When they were finally setup and it came to it, the contractor said they were here for the installation. Well, the products hadn’t even been delivered yet. Any of them. And when they finally fixed it and set it up correctly there wasn’t just one delivery date or installation date, there were separate days for all of them. In total, I had over 7 appointments and still hadn’t gotten the microwave or oven installed. I ended up canceling and going to Lowe’s who had it delivered and installed within 3 days…. Fast forward through many hair pulling, jaw droppingly abysmal instances of horrible customer service, here I am again saying I wish I never bought this membership because of the financial losses AND the time I’ve lost. I’ve definitely paid over the $200 it costs to buy this membership. Screw it, I refuset

I purchased because I bought an open box item and for the free installation service but the store couldn’t schedule an installer for several weeks. So I installed a 77” OLED TV myself. It was super simple to install so I cancelled the installation appointment. Haven’t needed the warranty yet but glad I have it.
