The membership is important and comes in handy when I have PC issues and especially when delivery and install of major appliances.

I love the protection plan, 100%. I havent seen the member deals yet that pertain to my interests so i cant speak on that. However the Geek Squad, I called today and wanted some assistance with set up information and it was clearly evident the gentleman I spoke with had no clue regarding the Oculus Quest 2. He gave some answer you could tell he read out of some manual. (Doesnt build a lot of trust in the direction given) Was not impressed. I would rather I spoke to someone who knew the system. You sell it, your tech squad should know it. I ended up going to the Facebook Oculus community to get an answer I could rely on being accurate... Thats pretty sad. Should not be like that. If getting this, Do it for the protection, possibly for the deals but I would not recommend the Geek Squad at this time.

I love totaltech because my computer glitched and I lost my entire project that I was working on. Geek squad helped me get it back. They are awesome.

About twice a year I go into a panic when something goes wrong with my computer. Geek Squad is always there for the rescue.

great service. had to wait a few weeks for them to come out but worth the wait to have them diag the tv. no charge to let me know it needs replaced.

The price of this membership is worth it and fair if you plan/ do use the services it provides.

The staff was great but when i had to ship my laptop in to get a screen replaced it took over 2 months to get it back. I was told they could not find my laptop then I was told it was because they had to wait for a screen to come in. After i received my laptop back i was told i would be reimbursed my $100 that I had to pay in order to get a new screen which I was told it would be covered 100% because I had total tech but it was not covered 100% if I had to pay in order to get the screen replaced and I was NOT REIMBURSED. Iwork from home with my laptop so for 2 months I had made no money and never even gotten an apology. They played me to get me to buy this total tech membership. For the amount of tjings i used the membership it was not worth the money

Got this membership to help evaluate my computer issues. Turns out my hard drive failed. I had to buy the drive. Geek squad could not recover my data.
