Absolutely GREAT. The plan made Bestbuy the only place to shop. I would give 5 stars but Bestbuy is taking away the delivery and installation which will make this plan virtually worthless. We bought several things because of it. We bought a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, they were all delivered and set up free of charge. We purchased a big screen TV, along with a wall mount, sound bar and Govee light, Best Buy delivered, wall mounted it and set it up. We had a automatic start installed in my car and a stereo and back up camera installed in my husband's truck. We also brought several other items that had covered protection under the Total Tech plan such as 2 cell phones, microwave, vacuum, echo show just to mention a few. All this was done without out paying extra. We had planned on buying another washer, dryer, security camera and lighting, cordless vacuum, another automatic start and 2 more smart phones (probably S23 ultras) but with the Total Tech gone we are back to shopping for the best deals.

Makes it a breeze for returning items or just stacking extra points. Wish it was a bit cheaper though.

This membership is worth every dollar. It is so important that you get the service you need with no hassle . Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. It’s easy to make an appointment or you can walk in. It’s a relief to know there is someone who can be reached for help.
