I’m writing this review while I’ve been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and a half AGAIN. The store representative completely lied to me when I dropped the $1600 on this and opted to get the total tech to cover my purchase beyond the standard one year. I was on the fence about even buying it in the first place because I wasn’t sure about the brand, but the employee told me they have total tech support which would cover me for 2 years. A year and a half into ownership and surprise surprise,they are telling me that I didn’t renew my total tech(which the guy never told me I needed to, or I would have just set up the renewal on my BBY credit card) and that I’m out of luck. I have dropped serious money at Best Buy over the years. They have definitely lost me over this. By the way, if they tell you they will have a manager call back, don’t hold your breath.

I should have bought this membership, it is necessary when purchasing products such as a laptop

Totaltech is amazing to have. Even my smaller electronic purchase are covered and I wasn't sure if they would be. will keep renewing!

This is a great add on. It protects your electronics from the day I purchase them

I love the protection plan, 100%. I havent seen the member deals yet that pertain to my interests so i cant speak on that. However the Geek Squad, I called today and wanted some assistance with set up information and it was clearly evident the gentleman I spoke with had no clue regarding the Oculus Quest 2. He gave some answer you could tell he read out of some manual. (Doesnt build a lot of trust in the direction given) Was not impressed. I would rather I spoke to someone who knew the system. You sell it, your tech squad should know it. I ended up going to the Facebook Oculus community to get an answer I could rely on being accurate... Thats pretty sad. Should not be like that. If getting this, Do it for the protection, possibly for the deals but I would not recommend the Geek Squad at this time.

Great protection plan right away my daughter's phone protector was damaged and they fixed it with absolutely no hassle at all!

If a person has to use this it is definitely a good deal. I can't say I like the fact that youhave to remember to cancel it in a year of purchasing or you will be charged for it the next year automatically. I hope they send reminders before they do that.

Love it it is a plus, the icing on the cake! everyone needs this for Best Buy. Get it!

This plan was offered to us by our sales associate at Best Buy. He explained all the options and warranties for all electronic not just the laptop

Very pleased that my famy has Total Tech. They have come to our home as well, great in store support. Worth the money!

It was fairly price. Luckly i did not had to use it but good option to have at least for the first year.

This membership has saved me a ton of money and has given me protection on all my products
