Just the savings with those services the membership pays itself. Not to mention, discounts on certain items for members and even E-Gift cards when you sign up. It’s a must for all true BestBuy shoppers

I typically don't do additional protection plans however, in todays environment I decided to purchase Best Buy's Totaltech membership. It not only gave me peace of mind, it works as advertised and saved me quit a bit of time and money. Customer service goes above and beyond to truly provide a value based experience. What you get for the price is a true "no brainer". So glad I changed my mind and purchased this product, will never look back.

This membership has been a wonderful experience and use to me and needs. They had helped me a lot with questions and computer builds. I was able salvage and rejuvenate so many tech items with them.

This membership is a real value when you have a lot of bestbuy products. It is definitely peace of mind that your investments will be fixed in the case where things go south. A real value for someone who has multiple Bestbuy products.

This was an unintended purchase and I am glad I had it. I buy a lot of tech items, and small appliances and love the extra service. The service, extra discounts and just basic care put my mind at ease and always motivated me to purchase items I. ended and wanted without hesitation! The conditions changing and not really needing anything at the moment (and sticking to a budget) are the only reasons I didn't renew and canceled early. But, believe me as soon as I buy my next gadget, I'll also be renewing asap!

Probably 1 of the smartest investments we have ever made. Just makes life so much easier and in this day and age of ever increasing prices and inflation it has proven extremely cost effective. As we get older and the children(personal IT department) the safety of the technological support is not only useful but very comforting.

I have to admit that I originally believed this to be a Best Buy money grab. I am quickly finding out that it's worth the outlay and quickly pays for itself. Totaltech automatically pays for two years of Applecare and/or Protection Plan on purchases. After purchasing a MacBook Pro, it was cheaper to purchase Totaltech then it was to pay for Applecare. Home installation of purchases - appliances, wifi networks, etc - are also included for free as part of a Totaltech membership.

This membership is a great value to me. Geek Squad plus help for any other piece of electronics I have in my house. Haven't used it yet, but as a Non Technical Senior Citizen I'm sure something will come up and I'll use this TotalTech memberhip.

Totaltech membership has great benefits for us customers, you get to enjoys your products without any troubles being that they provide excellent care for the products and customers to make you purchases enjoyable without any issues.

I do most things myself on my computer but this was handy when my SSD failed they replaced it for free(besides the new SSD cost) and installed new windows. The discount prices on items is somehat nice aswell. The value could be better, might downgrade to the cheaper membership.

I keep this because of the warranty on the products I buy and the service personnel when you call are always courteous, but it’s not a 4 out of 5 star because I believe overall the original package when I purchase in 2021 was better.

I got this membership for the Geek Squad support since I had some laptops that I needed help with cleaning up and I didn't have the software for it. I haven't used their other benefits so can't speak to those, but the Geek Squad has been useful so far.

I would not purchase and expensive it without having a protection plan. The item may never break during the warranty, but if it does you want assurance it can be fixed or replaced.

I received the membership when I needed to buy a new TV. I had it for a year and was able to take advantage of deals offered through the membership and also purchased a stove during this period. so I did benefit from the membership for the year. If you buy a lot from BEST BUY it's worth it.

Membership is good. But you started charging for delivery set up etc. understand why people would sign up get delivery and then cancel, why do people that have been members for years have to pay? Or maybe when you renew the nest year get a refund.

This is at least my fifth year with Totaltech; and I can have it automatically put on my Best Buy card since some years I may not use it. It keeps my card current
