Worth it if you need to get a computer fixed. Once it’s fixed, you can refund it and get most of your money back so the repair is pretty much free

This membership has made my experience with exchanges and technical support so much easier. I have a reassurance of knowing that my items have a backup plan for any technical issues, troubleshooting, returns, and exchanges when needed. The customer service is amazing and they are so helpful. I would give it 10 stars if I could. This is the best investment I’ve made in a protection plan thus far. I definitely recommend!

Membership is good. But you started charging for delivery set up etc. understand why people would sign up get delivery and then cancel, why do people that have been members for years have to pay? Or maybe when you renew the nest year get a refund.

I keep this because of the warranty on the products I buy and the service personnel when you call are always courteous, but it’s not a 4 out of 5 star because I believe overall the original package when I purchase in 2021 was better.

[Employee of bestbuy] Bought an LG washer and dryer saved a ton with it! Included delivery and free installment of the items and they even took the old machines as well for free. Also, with the extended window, ironically enough i got an adjustment for items instead not having TotalTech which would of been sad. It’s a blanket for all our families tech and its paid for itself 5 times alteady! If you’re thinking of getting it, DO IT! Definitely worth it in the long run for sure!!

Probably 1 of the smartest investments we have ever made. Just makes life so much easier and in this day and age of ever increasing prices and inflation it has proven extremely cost effective. As we get older and the children(personal IT department) the safety of the technological support is not only useful but very comforting.

To whom it may concern just wanted to say how how professional some of your team who came to in stall my new 75 inch this past April I really was impressed how they looked at my old set and looked were to set up there equipment and just went right to work with no hesitation very professional I was especially impressed when they had to drill and used there vacuum cleaner so they wouldn’t leave any type of mess. Having the tech plan is great to have! Never any issues getting my devices serviced or replaced. It's a nice peace of mind for somebody who has the worst luck with phones.

Brought my computer in for a diagnostic because it was slow. As they were explaining the situation he recommended that I get a Total Tech membership . I followed his advice and Wow he was right. This membership saved me money on a brand new TV and my computer repair. I recommend you stop in at Best Buy and speak to the Geek Squad. Very knowledgeable and no pressure buying tactics. Just straight up and the way customer service should be. Thank you

Very happy with this purchase. As I adjust to a new move and working on upgrades this is a nice service so I don’t have to worry about standard installs mine was included. I wanted the wires hidden and as a member I received a discount on that service to where it was comparable to paying someone on marketplace which to me was great. I rather trust Geek Squad than someone who may not know what they are doing. This service has already paid for itself.

I buy all my electronics & appliances from BB. I trust the brands. I know Total Tech Support represents: A) Reliable Service; B) Great Value; C) Peace of mind. Vía Total Tech, support staff have: checked my Mac Book desktop, Wi-Fi connections, trouble-shooting re-start; the Scan option, Epson Expression printer-copier; fixed glitches during 2-day Whirlpool Refrigerator install. Total Tech has saved my sanity, restored my quality of life.

So far it’s been amazing. I have taken others techs that I didn’t even buy from Best Buy. I took my pc, pc monitor, and drone. They fixed it all with the diagnostics for free. They told me what was wrong and they fixed it them selves with me only having to pay for parts and labor.

For me, the peace of mind is worth the investment. Not long after I bought my laptop a windows update from Microsoft broke it. One of the techs from Best Buy spent between 30 minutes and an hour remotely working to successfully repair the damage that Microsoft caused. What a relief! And for no additional charge! I also will be using the tech service to install another SSD in my laptop with noi labor charge.

Purchased my membership for my old computer, I was having issues with. I resolved the issue on my own, but kept the membership in anticipation of purchasing a new computer. It is a very reasonable price for peace of mind and when I did purchase my computer, the staff was very professional and due to my situation they transferred my files from the old computer withing 24 hours. Which I appreciated greatly.

This membership is a real value when you have a lot of bestbuy products. It is definitely peace of mind that your investments will be fixed in the case where things go south. A real value for someone who has multiple Bestbuy products.

Covered protection plans for up to two years on both my laptops, got me exclusive deals that ended up already just paying for the membership itself, and got me free two day shipping as well. I was planning on getting a TV from Best Buy as well, and Totaltech would cover the mounting, installation, and warranty for free.
