Super recommended, very good, to be honest It helped me a lot in college.

Good service to have if you purchase electronics often.

I recently moved to a new house and I will be buying appliances and other gadgets from Best Buy. Getting the Total Tech was well worth it.

I’m writing this review while I’ve been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and a half AGAIN. The store representative completely lied to me when I dropped the $1600 on this and opted to get the total tech to cover my purchase beyond the standard one year. I was on the fence about even buying it in the first place because I wasn’t sure about the brand, but the employee told me they have total tech support which would cover me for 2 years. A year and a half into ownership and surprise surprise,they are telling me that I didn’t renew my total tech(which the guy never told me I needed to, or I would have just set up the renewal on my BBY credit card) and that I’m out of luck. I have dropped serious money at Best Buy over the years. They have definitely lost me over this. By the way, if they tell you they will have a manager call back, don’t hold your breath.

This membership as a real value, happy I got it. Unlimited membership access. So easygoing the piece of mine is the best part.

Total tech is more than tech. Assembly of the pit boss tuning my sound system and tv, walking me through setup and extending my warranties!

Best investment I have made in a long time. They are very responsive and have great service. Helped me with multiple different devices.

They did a great job. They knew what they were doing and stayed until it was set up right. Could not be happier with the service.

When ever i call they assist me until the job is complete. They know how to treat customers. Great to work with.

Membership is great for small electronics, but if you have an issue with large appliances. It is kind of a headache. I have an issue with my dishwasher and it has been over a month now with 4 trips with orders replaced and still not fixed. Customers service is a joke and you can get hold of anyone with queek squad.
