Wow men this is the best costumer service i had ever and the price i paid wow super happy with the price , service and every thing no wonder why its been my favorite store for a long time. i broke my brand new samsung note 20 screen and i went every were and it cost me $490.00 to get it fixt unti i went to Best Buy and they were having a promotion on cellphones and i got it fixt for only $100.00 dollars wow and with certified personnel. II recently had a great experience at Best Buy Total. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products I was interested in. They took the time to answer all of my questions. The checkout process was quick and easy, and I appreciated the added safety measures they had in place to protect both customers and staff. Overall, I highly recommend Best Buy Total for anyone in need of electronics or appliances.

This plan has paid for itself 10 times over. Having The geek squad available 24/7 has proved to be priceless. It's a good investment and provides you with peace of mind and total assistance whether it's on the phone or in person at the store. Everyone is very attentive and they do their best to make sure that you're comfortable with your purchases. I highly recommend this plan.

The membership is a great value. It's just like having insurance for your products. If you have a problem, a technician will come out to fix your issues. Also if you purchase anything from BestBuy, you will get free delivery and installation.

This membership is a great value to me. Geek Squad plus help for any other piece of electronics I have in my house. Haven't used it yet, but as a Non Technical Senior Citizen I'm sure something will come up and I'll use this TotalTech memberhip.

Depends where you live and who is helping you . Unfortunately i do have mixed feelings about this because yes it does help for situations like coming in with your laptop for repairs . However , the free installation for certain devices and technologies like tv they are not very good . Also they are times when completing installation so if they show up late to bad . You should be aware they total tech can be cancelled by the AI computer system without anyone returning of money or possible of fixing it and getting insurance on any of your devices.

Total Tech is an excellent service offered by Best Buys great customer service. It came in quite handy when it provided excellent discount servicing for an electronic appliance that I did not purchase from Best Buy 12 years ago and a desktop PC I purchased 4 years ago. It saved me money even when the warranties on those items expired.

The Geeks went overboard to get in & set up two tablets that I'd been unable to access because of issues beyond my control, plus updated issues with computer, & came to install & program two televisions in record time. The membership has been well worth it's cost to me. Each Geek was easy to communicate with, were knowledgeable, helpful, with pleasant personalities. I'll renew this Membership when the time comes & continue to use the Geek Squad!

I’m always a little skeptical of buying memberships or extended warranties. I purchased the Totaltech membership when I bought a computer and felt like I could use the support and discounts. Wow was I pleasantly surprised when I bought a new range and dishwasher and found out because of my membership I received free delivery, free installation, free haul away and that extended warranty I never buy. The membership more than paid for itself!

It is so rewarding to have this service membership. Regardless of my question, Best Buy's Totaltech has resolved all my technical needs. I am 76 and it is so nice to have your technicians respond quickly and professionally IN MY HOME! I will continue to renew my Totaltech Membership as I have done in the past. This service is invaluable!

Overall I have had a good experience with using Totaltech membership. Other than occasionally having to wait to talk with someone online they have been able to help me with the issues I have had with my laptop.

The benefits of this service if you shop at best buy even semi-frequent are off the charts. The annual price is the only detractor for me personally. But if you have more money and go to best buy multiple times a year I would definitely consider this service.

The employee was great ! He really sold me ! He went above and beyond w this puts chase , there were several computers I was looking at couldn’t find the right one he helped me while helping others and still making me feel like a priority the total tech was an added bonus he gave me all the benefits of having it and at first I was like no but he sold me I actually needed it for my device , drop it off to geek squad no hassle!

My store has some solid Geek Squad techs so I was quite happy with my membership. It really came in handy and saved me money since I made several visits to solve some serious, ongoing laptop issues. It's always a gamble whether this type of "insurance" would be worth it -- in my particular case, it was for sure.

I am happy that I decided to invest in an annual Totaltech membership. The cost has been returned numerous times in over the phone computer tech support, remote computer repairs, and computer technicians coming to repair on site when necessary. It sounds cliche but all of the support has been friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. Geek Squad technicians have exceeded expectations every time.

The membership that I bought with my first HP Envy was worth the investment. The technicians walking around helped me so much in choosing what computer was right for me, especially since I run a lot of Adobe software such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The Geek Squad helps me find components to go with my computer at a reasonable price that is constructed of high-quality material.

Bought the membership, then purchased a number of items including oven/cooktop and saved a significant amount. Most importantly, when I logged on to a government website that apparently had been compromised and my PC was frozen, the Geek squad was able to do an online removal of malware and get my PC working again. All in all, Totaltech is a great deal.
