Do NOT use the Best Buy app even if you're a Total Tech member: wouldn't let me do in store pickup even though I paid for it and showed up, they said I could get it delivered to my house that night.... Never happened. Slowest delivery, inaccurate delivery times, worst customer service, can't call any physical location directly, and they refused to cancel my order. I made one call to their parcel delivery service "Roadie" today and canceled in 7 minutes after being on the phone with Best Buy for easily 7 hours in a week with them telling me they canceled it twice without canceling it.... Then telling me it's impossible to cancel it after I canceled the delivery........then it showed up yesterday. THEY MADE A NEW DELIVERY AFTER I DID EVERYTHING I COULD TO CANCEL. They were literally no help at all. The warranty and return policy are great so I will still go to Best Buy but do not do ANYTHING through the app. This system they're using is going to cause best buy to go under and it's a shame.

It's always a great idea to purchase a protection plan on a new purchase. You can never be too careful

when I took my indows omputer to be downloaded strip memory to be used in apple mini, the data was transfered to the ssd drive and part of it is unreadable. For some minor questions they shine. The price for the first year very good, renewal not worth it.
