    I WOULDN'T PURCHASE ANY ELECTRONIC WITHOUT THIS PROGRAM. VERY CONVENIENT FOR USER. EXCELLENT SUPPORT, COMPETENT ADVICE AND SERVICE. RECOMMEND THIS TO 'ANYONE' PURCHASING ELECTRONICS AT BEST BUY. MY FORMER WIFE PURCHASED A TV; ENCOURAGED HER TO PURCHASE; WHICH SHE DID. HER COMPUTER WAS CORRUPTED; TOOK IT TO THE BESTBUY STORE; RESTORED IT AND CLEANED UP ALL FILES. SHE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

    This plan has paid for itself 10 times over. Having The geek squad available 24/7 has proved to be priceless. It's a good investment and provides you with peace of mind and total assistance whether it's on the phone or in person at the store. Everyone is very attentive and they do their best to make sure that you're comfortable with your purchases. I highly recommend this plan.

    For me, the peace of mind is worth the investment. Not long after I bought my laptop a windows update from Microsoft broke it. One of the techs from Best Buy spent between 30 minutes and an hour remotely working to successfully repair the damage that Microsoft caused. What a relief! And for no additional charge! I also will be using the tech service to install another SSD in my laptop with noi labor charge.

    Brought my computer in for a diagnostic because it was slow. As they were explaining the situation he recommended that I get a Total Tech membership . I followed his advice and Wow he was right. This membership saved me money on a brand new TV and my computer repair. I recommend you stop in at Best Buy and speak to the Geek Squad. Very knowledgeable and no pressure buying tactics. Just straight up and the way customer service should be. Thank you

    The membership is a great value. It's just like having insurance for your products. If you have a problem, a technician will come out to fix your issues. Also if you purchase anything from BestBuy, you will get free delivery and installation.

    Purchased my membership for my old computer, I was having issues with. I resolved the issue on my own, but kept the membership in anticipation of purchasing a new computer. It is a very reasonable price for peace of mind and when I did purchase my computer, the staff was very professional and due to my situation they transferred my files from the old computer withing 24 hours. Which I appreciated greatly.

    I buy all my electronics & appliances from BB. I trust the brands. I know Total Tech Support represents: A) Reliable Service; B) Great Value; C) Peace of mind. Vía Total Tech, support staff have: checked my Mac Book desktop, Wi-Fi connections, trouble-shooting re-start; the Scan option, Epson Expression printer-copier; fixed glitches during 2-day Whirlpool Refrigerator install. Total Tech has saved my sanity, restored my quality of life.

    Very happy with this purchase. As I adjust to a new move and working on upgrades this is a nice service so I don’t have to worry about standard installs mine was included. I wanted the wires hidden and as a member I received a discount on that service to where it was comparable to paying someone on marketplace which to me was great. I rather trust Geek Squad than someone who may not know what they are doing. This service has already paid for itself.

    Depends where you live and who is helping you . Unfortunately i do have mixed feelings about this because yes it does help for situations like coming in with your laptop for repairs . However , the free installation for certain devices and technologies like tv they are not very good . Also they are times when completing installation so if they show up late to bad . You should be aware they total tech can be cancelled by the AI computer system without anyone returning of money or possible of fixing it and getting insurance on any of your devices.

    So far it’s been amazing. I have taken others techs that I didn’t even buy from Best Buy. I took my pc, pc monitor, and drone. They fixed it all with the diagnostics for free. They told me what was wrong and they fixed it them selves with me only having to pay for parts and labor.

    Paid membership fee to figure out issues by myself

    After dealing with computer and Geek Squad issue for 3 weeks I'm questioning why I paid for this. I am requesting a total refund with total coverage after #1. Geek Squad tech deleted pictures that I can no longer retrieve and asking Lenovo to see what they can do for me. I paid Lenovo $119 for diagnostics when Geek Squad caused issues. #2. While trying into get computer to recognize scanner, I allowed geek tech access to my printer. Afterwards, did I not only have conductivity with my scanner, I now had new conductivity issues with my printer. After numerous tech support encounters, where I spent a total of over 10 hours over the span of 2 days in front of my computer and on the phone. I even had a tech disconnect from our session after 3 hours when they couldn't find a resolution for my issues. They just left me hanging high and dry. After being so frustrated with the ineptitude of the techs I had contact with, i spent 45 minutes troubleshooting my system, including scanner, printer, and computer, I resolved the issue by myself. I'm a 65 year-old, computer tech illiterate, I had to figure out the issues I had with my system by myself. What am I paying you people for? So I can sit on the phone and in front of my computer for an inordinate amount of time and become disconnected, on purpose from a tech, and then have to figure out the issues by myself. I have requested numerous times contact with a supervisor and manager

    Support On-Line & In the Store

    Over the past 12 months, I had about five issues requiring support from the Geek Squad. I was quickly connected to the right support person and they provided a quick resolution. I needed service from the local Geek Squad and took the laptop to the local store where I was quickly serviced by a knowledgeable professional.

    II recently had a great experience at Best Buy Total. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products I was interested in. They took the time to answer all of my questions. The checkout process was quick and easy, and I appreciated the added safety measures they had in place to protect both customers and staff. Overall, I highly recommend Best Buy Total for anyone in need of electronics or appliances.

    Great deal not just for electronics

    Bought the membership, then purchased a number of items including oven/cooktop and saved a significant amount. Most importantly, when I logged on to a government website that apparently had been compromised and my PC was frozen, the Geek squad was able to do an online removal of malware and get my PC working again. All in all, Totaltech is a great deal.

    The benefits of this service if you shop at best buy even semi-frequent are off the charts. The annual price is the only detractor for me personally. But if you have more money and go to best buy multiple times a year I would definitely consider this service.

    Wow men this is the best costumer service i had ever and the price i paid wow super happy with the price , service and every thing no wonder why its been my favorite store for a long time. i broke my brand new samsung note 20 screen and i went every were and it cost me $490.00 to get it fixt unti i went to Best Buy and they were having a promotion on cellphones and i got it fixt for only $100.00 dollars wow and with certified personnel. Thak you Best Buy

    June 2024, my membership renews with the new terms. I'm admittedly a bit worried, because now I'm on the old terms and the coverage is great. Laptops running slow? Bring them in. The staff is knowledgeable AND nice. Great combo and rare nowadays. I'll renew my membership because of the great past service, but again - I wonder.

    The membership that I bought with my first HP Envy was worth the investment. The technicians walking around helped me so much in choosing what computer was right for me, especially since I run a lot of Adobe software such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The Geek Squad helps me find components to go with my computer at a reasonable price that is constructed of high-quality material.
