I really missed the old total tech.Such amazing thing to offer back in twenty twenty I had no complaints out of it.I don't like the new way on, did it?But I see y'all finally fix some of the loopholes you put in there.Good job on that part wink wink

I love having the best buy protection as they covrr anhthing I buy from them. I have actually had to use this twice and had no issues at all, way better then going through normal warranties. Thia is a must have with all electronics! Mucrowave, cell phones, mp3, ipad, labtops, tvs all what I have bought at verizon.

I have been able to use my membership to save big time money. I ended up with some viruses which were really causing lots of issues. I tried to fix this on my own and really messed up my computer even more. I thought I had lost some valuable documents but Best Buy came to my rescue and restored my computer completely and it even worked faster than before. **Lesson Learned--Don't waste all your time. Just let the experts do it!!

For someone like me who exclusively uses Best Buy for all my electronic needs, the Total membership is absolutely worth every penny. I thoroughly enjoy it and will continue to subscribe as long as they offer it.

If you stop to think about it, as I did, you probably buy a lot of tech, appliances, phones, audio visual, flood lights, smart home components, and on and on. It really adds up. And, if you're also like me, you serve as your family's purchaser and technical support for their items as well. For these reasons, I finally joined BB Total. Given that it includes Apple Care (something Apple charges extra for!), my Mac, iPhone, and Airpod purchases paid for my first year membership in those charges alone. I do most of my own tech repairs and programming, but I do love the ability to walk in and return an unfixable device and walk out with a replacement then and there. Try that with your favorite online retailer. Sure, I get it. BB Total is not for everyone who might buy one or two items every now and again. But if you're living in a home with a family and are making use of the latest technologies out there, you might be surprised at just how much you're buying. Getting it all from one location (that also price matches) and gives you extended warranties and other services for a flat fee that covers nearly everything, then BB Total becomes a pretty compelling consideration.

Having coverage on our appliances is a blessing as when something goes out it normally cost an arm and a leg to repair where we just have to buy a new one so this coverage has been great to have and I have used it with a washing machine and ended up paying nothing out-of-pocket.

Kobe helped me with my computer problem two times, the last time and this time. I made a review last time, but I am willing to write it again. I am not familiar with computers at all, but he was very patient with me and led me in the correct direction. I appreciated his help each time. It was a good move for me, for $170/year. My wife bought a new laptop which would have costed $99 to transfer all data from her old one. I had problems with my phone not able to get emails $40 , I had a problem with my laptop would have been $40. Right now I am ahead of the cost. I would highly recommend this

The GEEK SQUAD never disappoints us when we need them! Computer viruses are taken care of quickly and any other problems we’ve had with our computers or iPads have been sufficiently taken care of. The techs are awesome and very helpful.

One of the best memberships. It was confusing at first bc I thought it was one price for 2 years. I think they should try to word that differently. But it’s a great membership. The help, and guarantee that comes with it makes it worth it.

If you are buying a few appliances, this is a must. Plus they give you back the difference in $$ if your item goes on sale within 60 days of you buying it. I bought an electric stove, it went on sale 4 days later, I called they reimbursed me the difference. Love it

I love the peace of mind this membership gives me. The benefits I use are wonderful. I don't actually use half the benefits but knowing I have Geek Squad if i need them is very comforting.

I bought a new Windows 11 model and had Best Buy transfer the data from my old Windows 10 computer. The agent that assissted me was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She promised it would be ready in 2 days, but it was actually ready in 1 day. The Geek that did the transfer got everything right and gave me an expert demonstration.

I’m very happy with my My Best Buy Total membership. The member pricing has already saved me money, and having access to Geek Squad support whenever I need help is a huge plus. I also like the peace of mind that my purchases are covered. Overall, it feels like a great value, especially if you shop at Best Buy regularly.

Membership is a bargain, especially for appliances and big screen TV’s. Installation was courteous and professional. All of my questions were answered and products were delivered and installed as promised.

This is an exceptional membership. I inadvertently cancelled the membership and realized I’d made a grave error! Having high retail products without the membership will cause great inconveniences when things break or don’t work properly. Get the membership and worry less!

I had a major problem with my computer (virus related). When I went to the Geek Squad, they advised me it could be fixed for about $200.00, and I approved the repair. But then, the technician advised me about your maintenance program that costs less INCLUDING the repair saving me over $50.00, and now I have sound mind that I have a maintenance program in place. Very pleased with service.

Our Membership has saved us hundreds of dollars and time. Best investment we’ve made. It’s peace of mind knowing it’s easy to schedule appointment’s and the technicians are always very pleasant and helpful.

Bought a new phone. The sales person did a great job except he didn’t change my address after I told him I didn’t live in Somerset anymore. He added the new address and didn’t delete the Somerset address. Some of my packages went to Somerset.
