As a Total tech customer of Bustbuy the installation was free. However, the person who came for delivery and installation claimed that the valve need to be replaced which cost an additional $200. When I told him that this was supposed to be covered in the Totaltech service, he denied it and did not do the installation despite the advice from the Best Buy customer service representative. As the old gas range was uninstalled and hauled away and because the new one was not installed, I ended up with no gas range to cook on. The attitude of the installation person needs to be changed. I am totally disappointed by the service.
