Nothing like having a little bit of extra protection to protect your expensive purchases

Love the membership perks and the special treatment :-). The biggest plus is the warranty protection on everything you buy. The second biggest plus is the easy return status. The one negative is that they took back the free installs when buying new TVs and wall mounts. I loved this and had my entire house done when it was built. Sad that they got rid of that but really, I don't need it anymore since my home is complete. Saved me a TON!

When I pay over $200. 00 I don't expect the service I am paying for to be reduced, and more restrictions placed on the agreement in favor of Best Buy. And not for the customer (Me or You). I have bought 'Total...' before and continued annually. though B.B. Now is doing less for me, and charging me more for that less. Increase in price for less services rendered to the paying customer (me & you) when you buy an item you are already paying a necessary price. But no-one likes to robbed...

Very good value for a year long of service for a repair that would have cost twice as much.

This membership saves money and computer was fixed within a reasonable time. But only deduction if for a time quote which doesn’t include weekends as days even though they are open..

I truly believe this is one of the best purchases you can make at Best Buy. It really feels like a great value for your money. They offer insurance on any product for a whole year, or even two years if I remember correctly, which gives you such peace of mind. If you’re a tech enthusiast like me and visit Best Buy regularly, I really think the yearly membership is a worthwhile investment. Trust me, you won't regret it. If I could offer you any advice, it would be to go ahead and make the purchase; I genuinely believe you'll be pleased with your decision.

Membership has been worth the extra money, especially given today's computer bugs, hacking and scams. Nice add on is other items from Best Buy are covered.

Highly recommend when purchasing new products, best buy as always taken care of me and made returns so easy. They always make it super easy when I have any sort of issues with any of my products from washer and dryers, vacuums, or my computer.

the membership has its benefits but i was disappointed that i was forced to get it to fix a defective laptop that was purchased just two weeks prior
