Total tech staff good but way too expensive. Also, it automatically renew yearly even though I didn’t want that and system won’t let staff take me off auto renew until a year from now. Totally wrong.

This membership has real value when talking about what BestBuy does best (electronics) for items such large appliances it doesn’t matter because you will be unable to get any real support from BestBuy when you have a problem

I bought my membership when I took my car in to have my amp and subwoofers i purchased elsewhere installed. Separately it would've cost more than $200 to have them installed, so i chose this option. What they dont tell you is you have to purchase equipment from Best Buy in order for the installation cost to be covered. So I bought a $300 Kicker amp which was an upgrade from what i brought in. But it was also $300 more then i had anticipated. I'm overall happy with my decision due to how good my subs sounds with the upgraded amp, I was just taken by surprise by the initial cost. I hope I find other ways to use this membership to make the $200 worth it, but we shall see
