As a Best Buy Total member, I love the peace of mind it gives. My devices are protected, and Geek Squad support is super helpful. Extended returns and discounts are a bonus. Just remember, coverage ends if you cancel, and some repairs still have service fees. Still totally worth it!

It saves me about 150 dollars on my purchase the day I got it. If you plan to use it again soon after it takes some time to show up on your accoint so you will have to wait. Not a lot of explanation was given about functionality other than savings when purchased.

Wish I would of the cost before getting my computer looked at but the service saved a ton of money and is still very very useful
