Awful awful awful. Don’t do it. The level of incompetence is beyond comprehension. First, their dishwasher installer broke the pipe and I had to call in a plumber to fix the pipe at my cost of $300. I had the pipe fixed in 2 days. Then I had to reschedule installation. Best Buy and its service team has canceled my dishwasher installation multiple times. And then they tried to show up on a date that they themselves canceled. And they didn’t show up on the day that they rescheduled for. And now the rescheduled installation date is another two weeks away. It has literally been seven weeks since I made my purchase. Trying to text chat with their representatives is experiencing next level incompetence. And they leave you hanging for 5-10 minutes between each text. What should take 10 minutes max is stretched out to 45 minutes. Forget trying to talk with someone. 60+ minute expected hold time and 25 minutes in, they disconnect. Best Buy should be ashamed they are marketing this awful product and charging $200/year for it.
