It's a very nice refrigerator and performs as expected but critical parts like the tracks for the veggie drawer and the veggie drawer itself are made of inferior plastic that has broken with normal use within one year. I’m not opposed to plastic but it should be durable enough to function as designed. My two garage refrigerators are 15+ years old but have metal instead of plastic and are still functioning like they did when purchased. Guess what? They are filled with beer and wine bottles. Unable to get replacement parts in a timely manner, we are looking for a new refrigerator. Thank goodness I bought Totaltech.

Seems from the agreement that it covers a lot items. Seems to be a little pricey. The person that assisted me. (Jay) did a great job and fixed it while I waited
