Free appliance removal was huge. Not having to pay delivery and removal on appliances paid for itself

It is always nice having a safety net when it comes to your technology and this membership provides it for you.

II recently had a great experience at Best Buy Total. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products I was interested in. They took the time to answer all of my questions. The checkout process was quick and easy, and I appreciated the added safety measures they had in place to protect both customers and staff. Overall, I highly recommend Best Buy Total for anyone in need of electronics or appliances.

The benefits of this service if you shop at best buy even semi-frequent are off the charts. The annual price is the only detractor for me personally. But if you have more money and go to best buy multiple times a year I would definitely consider this service.

The membership that I bought with my first HP Envy was worth the investment. The technicians walking around helped me so much in choosing what computer was right for me, especially since I run a lot of Adobe software such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The Geek Squad helps me find components to go with my computer at a reasonable price that is constructed of high-quality material.

Wow men this is the best costumer service i had ever and the price i paid wow super happy with the price , service and every thing no wonder why its been my favorite store for a long time. i broke my brand new samsung note 20 screen and i went every were and it cost me $490.00 to get it fixt unti i went to Best Buy and they were having a promotion on cellphones and i got it fixt for only $100.00 dollars wow and with certified personnel. I am happy that I decided to invest in an annual Totaltech membership. The cost has been returned numerous times in over the phone computer tech support, remote computer repairs, and computer technicians coming to repair on site when necessary. It sounds cliche but all of the support has been friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. Geek Squad technicians have exceeded expectations every time.

The employee was great ! He really sold me ! He went above and beyond w this puts chase , there were several computers I was looking at couldn’t find the right one he helped me while helping others and still making me feel like a priority the total tech was an added bonus he gave me all the benefits of having it and at first I was like no but he sold me I actually needed it for my device , drop it off to geek squad no hassle!

As a "GEEK Squad" member, I cannot tell you how many times myself, and my wife, have run into a problem, and GEEK Squad has come to our rescue. Neither of us are very computer savvy, there were times when something happens that we need HELP, they were there for us.

I’m always a little skeptical of buying memberships or extended warranties. I purchased the Totaltech membership when I bought a computer and felt like I could use the support and discounts. Wow was I pleasantly surprised when I bought a new range and dishwasher and found out because of my membership I received free delivery, free installation, free haul away and that extended warranty I never buy. The membership more than paid for itself!

The Geeks went overboard to get in & set up two tablets that I'd been unable to access because of issues beyond my control, plus updated issues with computer, & came to install & program two televisions in record time. The membership has been well worth it's cost to me. Each Geek was easy to communicate with, were knowledgeable, helpful, with pleasant personalities. I'll renew this Membership when the time comes & continue to use the Geek Squad!

I don’t have to worry about minimum purchase requirements or delivery fees when I shop online. I also get free standard installation on appliances, TVs, home theater systems, smart home devices, and more1. I also appreciate the extended product protection that covers accidental damage, wear and tear, power surge, and battery replacement for up to two years on most purchases13. It gives me confidence that my devices are well taken care of.

Bought an LG washer and dryer saved a ton with it! Included delivery and free installment of the items and they even took the old machines as well for free. Also, with the extended window, ironically enough i got an adjustment for items instead not having TotalTech which would of been sad. It’s a blanket for all our families tech and its paid for itself 5 times alteady! If you’re thinking of getting it, DO IT! Definitely worth it in the long run for sure!!

I went inside best buy in Lancaster pa with a Xbox series s I didn't know how to program this lady looked at me and said let's figure this out. Help me free of charge. So freaking understanding and explained it to me in a way I can understand. She help me with a product that was not purchase there. I was so grateful that I had to buy the totaltech. protection and customer service like that I had to get some of that.

The app lets you schedule appointment for tablet repair but the Geek service does NOT work in tablets. Misleading at best... Went to the store for nothing as tablet likely need just cleaning and need to delete some apps for to lsmall memory... We can do that ourselves but figured we have the service so set the appointment. At least the rep was telling the honest truth that the small memory capacity goes away with every update... The only solution basically is to buy a new tablet with larger capacity, move the apps there and delete from the old one.

I need Geek Squad support, so this is a wonderful service. Plus, they are rockstars!

This membership is awesome, but I would only recommend it if you’re a frequent shopper at Best Buy. I made multiple purchases before renewing & my overall savings was more than the cost of the membership so it’s definitely worth it. Geek squad is super friendly when it comes to installation. Daniel & his partner installed our washer & dryer & he gave me his card when he left. Turns out I needed a small fix & he came right back out to fix it.

A few details you need to pay attention to, but coverage usually pays for itself in the first repair. Does not cover computers bought at BestBuy prior to signing up. I was told that it would cover those so I’m not thrilled about that.
