    This membership is amazing every item I buy I get the automatic two-year warranty through Best Buy that’s season $800 immediately and I get my return on the price. Also I just bought a new TV and the installation is free so overall great value for the price usually get your money back within within one or two purchases highly recommend it it is always best buys professional, efficient, quit and set up everything correctly

    Besy Buy TotalTech is a "no brainer" deal! I have contacted TotalTech at 2:00 AM, visited couple stores, and standard telephone contacts. Each time they were professional, responsive, and courteous. They took ownership of solving my issues, which were not always straightforward. Given the people, the service and benfits the overall values greatly exceeds the annual membership fee. TotalTech membership is 5 Stars!

    I always tried to fix my computers by myself, losing time and data in the process. I got the membership , and set an appointment to bring my mac, they even called me one day before it was supposed to be picked up and it was fixed, clean from virus, Trojans, etc. I was seriously thinking in getting a new Mac, but my computer is running flawlessly now. Great job Totaltech or Geek squad guys.

    The cost of this program covered the delivery fee, installation fee and removal and haul away of my old appliances that other companies would have charged. In addition, I applied for a Best Buy credit card and got 10% cash back on the purchase of the new appliances to use on future purchase. There are more Tech perks and warranty perks with this program too. The process was easy without any hassle. I highly recommend this program.

    I would not purchase and expensive it without having a protection plan. The item may never break during the warranty, but if it does you want assurance it can be fixed or replaced.

    I would say good but they came to set up YV on a stand for me. The two fellows that came didn't read the direction at all. They said they could do it. When they thought they were finished I told them it was suppose to have four bottom pieces put on so it doesn't scratch the table top. They took care of that but when I read the instructions the next day they didn't put the base on the stand. Which wouldn't have happened if they would have looked at the instructions.

    I am typically not an impulse buyer so when the in-store salesman asked if I wanted to purchase a Total Tech membership I was hesitant to subscribe. He explained all of the benefits and it was too much to pass on; so I did it -- I became a Total Tech member and I am so glad I did. It has saved me both time and hundreds of dollars. Total worth it and I will renew each year. Two Thumbs way up on this!

    I originally was just gonna pay for the one year because I needed a new washer and dryer, but the value of this membership is so much more than I expected. Im thinking I'm gonna keep this membership long-term. I've upped the quality of my life with things I wouldn't have thought I could afford before this membership and line of store credit (bed frame, kitchen appliances, foot bath, etc). Plus protection plans on everything!!!

    Having this membership for the year was beneficial. The geek squad was able to retrieve some of my important files before my laptop computer fizzled out. Not all of the files were retrieved, but I do have some of them saved on my external hard drive. Due to economic duress, I have not been able to renew my membership with the geek squad this year. But, I would if I could renew my membership for another year.

    Will worth the purchase. I have brought my laptop in for upgrade of memory and ram. My computer was checked for virus and Trojans, and cleaned- runs so much better. I also had my IPad in for same treatment as my computer. No cost due to my membership fee other than buying my memory and RAM upgrade, labor was included in my plan.

    No tablet repair although advertised

    The app lets you schedule appointment for tablet repair but the Geek service does NOT work in tablets. Misleading at best... Went to the store for nothing as tablet likely need just cleaning and need to delete some apps for to lsmall memory... We can do that ourselves but figured we have the service so set the appointment. At least the rep was telling the honest truth that the small memory capacity goes away with every update... The only solution basically is to buy a new tablet with larger capacity, move the apps there and delete from the old one.

    Paid membership fee to figure out issues by myself

    After dealing with computer and Geek Squad issue for 3 weeks I'm questioning why I paid for this. I am requesting a total refund with total coverage after #1. Geek Squad tech deleted pictures that I can no longer retrieve and asking Lenovo to see what they can do for me. I paid Lenovo $119 for diagnostics when Geek Squad caused issues. #2. While trying into get computer to recognize scanner, I allowed geek tech access to my printer. Afterwards, did I not only have conductivity with my scanner, I now had new conductivity issues with my printer. After numerous tech support encounters, where I spent a total of over 10 hours over the span of 2 days in front of my computer and on the phone. I even had a tech disconnect from our session after 3 hours when they couldn't find a resolution for my issues. They just left me hanging high and dry. After being so frustrated with the ineptitude of the techs I had contact with, i spent 45 minutes troubleshooting my system, including scanner, printer, and computer, I resolved the issue by myself. I'm a 65 year-old, computer tech illiterate, I had to figure out the issues I had with my system by myself. What am I paying you people for? So I can sit on the phone and in front of my computer for an inordinate amount of time and become disconnected, on purpose from a tech, and then have to figure out the issues by myself. I have requested numerous times contact with a supervisor and manager

    I was initially happy with my purchase. I buy enough at Best Buy that having the extended coverage on all my products made sense. Plus at the time of purchase I was receiving free delivery and installation of a refrigerator. I was clear upon purchase of the fridge that I had a nearby sink, but no existing water supply hose. I was sold a water supply hose and told the connection was included. The delivery people dropped off the fridge but told me that another crew would arrive to install. I had to call to schedule an install time, which was supposed to be 7AM to 7PM, with a call the day before giving me a narrower 4-hour window. I didn't get a pre-call and the tech showed up at 6:45 AM. Unfortunately, I wasn't there to answer the door and they cancelled my install. I spent an hour on the phone trying to reschedule, then the phone support told me that the installation was not included, despite me arguing that my purchase and installation contract literally stated 'no existing water connection' when I ordered. They wanted to charge an additional $129 for installation. At that point I cancelled the Total Tech Membership instead. They credited me the annual fee minus the delivery costs. The phone support ended the call by asking if there was anything they could have done to keep me as a Total Tech Member. (maybe honor the original installation?!) It all could have gone well if it hadn't been for that phone support.

He was not only knowledgeable about the products but also incredibly patient and helpful in guiding me to make the best choice. Christian's professionalism and friendly demeanor greatly enhanced my shopping experience and are reasons I'll return to BestBuy.

    I like that I have unlimited Geek Squard. But, I was expecting a tutorial of how to use my new laptop, which I did not get. They just handed me the computer. I didn't even know where the turn on button was. I also had to download by myself my virus protection.

    As a "GEEK Squad" member, I cannot tell you how many times myself, and my wife, have run into a problem, and GEEK Squad has come to our rescue. Neither of us are very computer savvy, there were times when something happens that we need HELP, they were there for us.

    I really love being a Best buy total tech member. My son broke my touch screen computer I brought it back to Best buy because I'm up total tech member they diagnosed it and told me it was able to be fixed. With that they gave me a gift card for the price I paid for it so when I went bought a new one it only cost me $34 booyah!!!!

    Having this membership is a lifesaver as a single mom on a strict budget. It allows me to have the geek squad all year for one low price. So if something breaks or is acting up, i dont have to worry. It also gives ne the best deals on electronics and other merchandise. So having this membership for me truly is a no brainer!

    The Totaltech membership was a great deal the year I purchased all my appliances from Best Buy. Beside the best prices from Best Buy, the Totaltech gave me worry-free satisfaction that my appliances would be deliveried and installed properly and maintained, if needed.
