    The total membership has been great I would recommend everyone to get it especially if you buy a lot of electronics from Best Buy. It’s great for the warranties on your product and also a great feature for your home!!!

    I’ve had this membership for only about 4 or 6 months and I saved about $1000 already. I’m a first time PC builder so anytime I did something wrong or I had a questions Geek squad helped. If you are a first time builder like me, this a great way to tinker with your pc and not have to worry about frying anything.

    IO purchased a new phone and a new laptop. The phone swap went reasonably well, although it took almost five hours to transfer 250 GB of data from the old phone to the new phone. The laptop swap hasn't gone as well. All the files were transferred, but the way my Outlook .pst files were attaqched to the new Outlook didn't work. It appears that the files were attached to a different "account".

    I can’t recommend the Total Tech Membership enough! It’s easily one of the best investments I’ve made. The peace of mind alone is worth every penny, knowing I can call or schedule help whenever I need it for any tech issue big or small. The service is fast, friendly, and professional every single time. Whether it’s setting up a new TV, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, or getting expert advice before buying new tech, they handle it all. Plus, the discounts on repairs and exclusive member perks more than pay for the membership cost. If you use technology at home even a little bit, this is absolutely worth it. Total Tech makes life so much easier!

    Nice upgrade from Insignia Fire TV.

    After a few years of using the Insignia Fire TV, I feel like this is a nice upgrade. I don't really like the platform that was built with the Fire TV. This Roku TV is easier to use and the sound quality is way better than the Fire TV. Another thing I don't like about Fire TV is the limited storage that Amazon have on the TV. They only include 4GB and if you used up the available space then you will have to use an external storage device or delete some apps to make room for new apps.

    Signed up for the My Best Buy Total membership thinking I’d maybe use it once or twice, turns out, I use it constantly. The free shipping, extended warranties, and tech support alone make it worth it. I’ve already saved more than the membership cost just on repairs and discounts. The protection plan coverage is great peace of mind for big purchases like TVs, laptops, and controllers (especially in a gaming house like mine). Plus, being able to get priority service and same-day delivery on some items is a huge bonus. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership basically pays for itself. Zero regrets.

    This membership helped us to buy the laptop because we needed to have the old laptop's files, etc transferred. This saved us some money in the long run. It is nice to know the Geek Squad is available if we need them.

    I am very happy with My Best Buy Total membership so far. The team was extremely helpful with diagnosing my laptop and getting it back into great shape and I feel confident that I have any issues with any of my devices in the future that they could help me resolve it.

    Disappointed with the delivery system.

    The Geek squad is great. But there is a disconnection with the delivery team. I recently had a problem. I had two conflicting texts. One said “delivery around 12:27 PM and a second one “delivery between 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. The first message was received 4 days in advance and the second the day before. This conflicting information resulted in the part not being delivered because I had a Doctors appointment that I could have cancel or change but didn’t because the first text gave enough time to be back home on time for the delivery. The second text one was to late to do something about it and two it was too late to change my Doctors appointment, end result no delivery on the scheduled day. The delivery person on the phone couldn’t or didn’t want to accommodate a different time later that day. Is hard for me to understand why he couldn’t shift my delivery for another and still be able to do mine. He was very cut and dry talking to me. He didn’t express any concerns about delivering my item the same day. He just simply said “no I can’t do it today it has to be another day. Bottom line I am not happy with Best Buy delivery system and the communication between one end and the other (csr service). On the other end I am happy with my TV. It has a beautiful sound and screen. The Bose sound bar was doing awesome until it stopped working. I hope the next one doesn’t have the same problem.

    After paying its renewal price when you've qualified for its card and perks within, its when you have to use its benefits to keep your purchase in good working condition as a in store warranty its not too bad.

    Yes, I would highly recommend membership. I have used it several times already. Plus you have extended time to return products. This was an unexpected surprise. The associates that waited on me were very knowledgeable and professional and resolved all my concerns. I was very pleased their service.

    I love this membership and glad that i rejoined it. Ihad been a member of the Geek Squad for years but allowed it to lapse. When I had an issue with my computer, I went out and bought another one only to find they were not as good as the one I had. I went to BestBuy, rejoined geek squad and it was the best decision I made! They are attentive, caring, listen to you when you describe the issue, and handle it with immedicay. My computer is fine, didn't need a new one...all it needed was tender loving care. If you're not a Geek Squad member do so ASAP and save yourself issues moving forward. They are there for you!

    I like the membership I have with Best Buy because I get to know all the deals before they happen and it’s really great for me now that it’s Christmas time because now I can find things more easily. I also love the convenience of the store, not being far from my home and they’re a great computer personnel. They help me with computer questions and things so that nature, and when it comes to me buying a computer they were very helpful and the computer I bought recently fit me like a glove.

    Probably the best money I spent that day. Membership came with services of the Geek Squad tech support team, who handled the new computer setup, data transfer from my old machine, and Microsoft software load - and did an excellent job. They were friendly and helpful. One footnote: the store's phone system was terrible! Basically, I could communicate with the store by phone; I was repeatedly transferred to a corporate phone system. One of the Geek Squad left me a phone message to call him back; the store phone system would not put through my call!

    I signed up for the My Best Buy Total™ yearly membership, and it’s definitely been worth it. The tech support and protection coverage make things so much easier — I don’t have to stress about repairs or issues with my devices. The included antivirus and 24/7 support are nice bonuses, too. I’ve already used it for setup help and a quick troubleshooting question, and both times the service was fast and super helpful. If you buy electronics regularly or just want some extra protection for your gear, this membership pays for itself. Highly recommend for anyone who shops at Best Buy often or wants solid tech coverage.

    If you have multiple big ticket items such as TVs, iPhones, refrigerators, etc. this warranty is good. I like the peace of mind that I have that anything I purchase is covered without the need to worry about the warranty question. Taking away 1 star because it used to be excellent when TV mounting was covered. Still a good value.

    I like my new KitchenAid Dishwasher & Stove. Excellent installation service & service call. Installation crew came on time & left very clean. Products were cheaper than any competitors. I bought tv for my father also which is delivering on Tuesday February 17th. 2026.

    We believe this membership it worth the money, over the 3 years we have had it we usually save enough to make up for the membership price. I usually dont buy warranties for tvs or appliances but i do for ear buds or headphones and woth 4 of us in the house we typically use the replacement plan once a year if not 2 or 3 times.
