They install an agent on the iMac and are supposed to come onsite. Best Buy failed every time to do anything. Would give them 0 stars! What a shameful service! Besides the difficulty getting someone to come out, they wont give a specific time window, and then they spoke to him on the phone & cancelled the visit. Best Buy -- could be good, but make decisions on purpose TO SUCK. How Best Buy could fix: A) easy to make appointment B) give a specific time window C) show up and investigate. Its not rocket science, its common sense & basic customer service.
