    NOTE: This was all done online, not in store, but Brentwood was the selected store online. I purchased online a 75" LED TV from the Brentwood store as well as their $200 Total Protection program (using their Total Protection program the delivery and mounting/installation was $200, plus you also get 1 year of the Total Protection program - it's a better deal than the $249 mounting/installation). The 3 star review is for the following, mostly scheduling related: 1.) When purchasing the TV and Total Protection (delivery and mounting). The webpage appointment portal is confusing. It did not properly schedule delivery & mounting. When the TV was delivered they told me that installation had not been scheduled. It took a call to sort that out and they did so in a nice way, waiving any additional cost, but adding another delay in getting the TV, mounted and up and running. Make sure you take nothing at face value with their online service, call & verify you got what you expected. 2.) The mounting/installation was scheduled for 4 business days after delivery, due to the screw up stated above. I was given a window of 9 am - 1 pm for the Geek Squad to arrive. They had not shown up as of 1 pm, I called Best Buy customer service and asked them to contact the technician. The technician called me and stated that I was on "his" board for the afternoon, not morning. I was duped again! They were all nice about it but my time was again wasted. Again, I should have called to verify everything and not trusted their website and arrival window notification. Make sure you take nothing at face value with their online service, call & verify you got what you expected. MORAL OF THE STORY - do not trust Best Buy's online version OR arrival window notifications. Call & verify if your time is valuable to you.

    I appreciate the service I had from the "Geek Squad" and how they treated a computer novice like myself. They did a data transfer to my new laptop so that I did not lose anything.

    Yesterday I was so excited I was a member of the Geek squid. I went into the Santana Row store with my computer. I got a message on my computer that I was unauthenticated. They didn't know what that was and they couldn't help me. I'm still looking for someone who can help!

    i HAVE HAD THE BESTBUY TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN FOR A NUNBER OF YEARS; AND i'VE USED IT A LOT. IT IS WORTH THE MONEY BECAUSE WHEN THERE ARE TECH PROBLEMS, THIS PLAN IS THE BEST WAYTO GO. I LIKE THAT IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY TECH i CAN EITHER TAKE IT IN OR THEY WILL COME TO MY HOME, CHECK EVERYTHING OUT AND IF IT CAN'T BE FIXED, THEY WILL HELP YOU GET A NEW PIECE OF TECH.

    Have had total tech sicnce before it became total tech. Excellent results (avoid calling in, you will get India and these experiences have cost me weeks off my life). Deal with your local store by scheduling an appointment and going to the store. The store techs are very good and nice to deal with.

    If you're buying electronics, this is the membership to get! I've saved so much money already with the membership. It paid for itself after my first purchase. Installation, warranties, geek squad, the membership covers so many cost.

    Great value. Have used it several times to resolve issues with my personal PC. Only one time we're the Geeks unable to solve a problem, then I discovered the page resolution was still set on the wrong setting!

    Peace of mind in knowing things are covered if something stops working. It was also nice in that it covered the dryer installation cost.
