People rarely take the time to write positive reviews. I popped in here and was not surprised to see a lot of negativity. I just wanted to say THANK YOU BEST BUY for giving real people an opportunity to buy a high demand item through this program. This by itself makes buying TotalTech worth it. Up until this point many of these products became sold out immediately due to coded robots that scan websites day and night, automatically buying anything that comes in stock. The people who run these programs do this full time in order to keep items away from actual users and immediately list the items for sale at outrageous (double or triple) prices. They do not intend to use the product. All they want is to keep them away from you so they can resell them. It is clear why these people are upset. This program interferes with their income. Their income is your money. Not only does TotalTech give real people access to products they wouldn't normally be able to buy, extras include additional discounts on select products, FREE 2-day shipping, and free delivery and installation of appliances. Need a new fridge? Delivered and installed for free. Old broken unit hauled away for free. Implementing this system is a great move by Best Buy. THANK YOU Best Buy!

Prior to this holiday season I made occasional purchases through Best Buy. On Black Friday I worked specifically with Virginia in the computer department. She did an amazing job of helping me to select the right PCs for my kids. She also let me know the details about the total tech program. The way she positioned the benefits simply made sense and I have made almost 100% of my electronics purchases through you guys since. Aside from being extremely informative Virginia was also very pleasant to deal with. The good service I get at your Patchogue store doesn’t stop with her though. Just the other day I was in the TV department purchasing a unit for my kid’s room. The person who helped me addressed some concerns i had about power surge protection. Needless to say I upgraded that area and was very grateful for his insight. Keep up the great work. I think Best Buy is my new go to for everything in this category. Although I haven’t had to utilize the geek squad yet… if that service is a continuance of what I have experienced so far, then I will be very happy.
