The price is high for this service - but - it's also worth it if you are a Best Buy customer who plans to purchase electronics/appliances/gaming/TV/phones etc…. The early notification of upcoming deals & the many deals offered through out the year. Also you’ll get a discount on all purchases. If you plan to buy a new computer; they'll set it up; install programs; transfer files/photos/apps….anything from you old computer(s) to your new one if you have this script. For people who aren’t techy - it’s worth it tenfold. I also love the membership savings & early notification of deals. I already saved over 400$ and my script just renewed in May 24. I can’t wait to see Black Friday membership deals!!

Excellent local coverage. I live close to the Local Best Buy and 2 other locations within 20 to 30 miles. If you make a large purchase, it is a good add on. I am replacing a gaming computer and router. You get better pricing, so it does not take long to recover the cost.

My experience with Total Membership has had ups and downs. After two years of useful benefits, the Citibank group sent me an unwanted VISA card.Without my consent, the bank cancelled my "Store Card which I had had gor over 30 years.That action voided my warranties on a new computer and Brother Printer. Ir took three weeks to get our Total Membership reinstated. Best Buy needs to communicate with Citibank when customer benefits are on the line. We choose to maintain this plan.

I have had the Best Buy total Membership for several years. Great service at at a great price. The best coverage for your computer coverage and any items you buy.

This membership is worth it to us older folks who didn’t grow up with computers! I’ve already used their services multiple times and will likely use them more! It’s easy to get an appointment and they answer all my questions. I’ve gone into the store for assistance, as well as used them by phone. Excellent service both ways!

This is a great resource. It is expensive, but if the owner will actually take advantage of it and use it, it is cheaper than waiting for healing work. This is good for prevention.
