They took forever, wouldn’t update me, and took forever to get through to someone. Would always have to wait for a particular person to be there who it felt like never was. It was supposed to save me money but I ended up paying so much in the end that this membership wasn’t worth it. Just go to a not corporate repair shop, with decent prices doesn't take almost a year, and is cheaper for the same results with better customer service.
