Total tech is great when you buy bigger purchases. It's awesome to have 2 year warranty on everything. The tech support on the computers is also super helpful. They help to clean up the computer and make it run smoothly. Also early access to pick up hard to find items is awesome. Never would have gotten my Xbox series x otherwise.

I knew we were going to need major appliances soon, so I purchased this membership in anticipation. Glad I did. Very feature rich. Although we didn't need to use it the first year, it is peace of mind. It paid for itself the second year though. Why wait until it's too late.

I was initially happy with my purchase. I buy enough at Best Buy that having the extended coverage on all my products made sense. Plus at the time of purchase I was receiving free delivery and installation of a refrigerator. I was clear upon purchase of the fridge that I had a nearby sink, but no existing water supply hose. I was sold a water supply hose and told the connection was included. The delivery people dropped off the fridge but told me that another crew would arrive to install. I had to call to schedule an install time, which was supposed to be 7AM to 7PM, with a call the day before giving me a narrower 4-hour window. I didn't get a pre-call and the tech showed up at 6:45 AM. Unfortunately, I wasn't there to answer the door and they cancelled my install. I spent an hour on the phone trying to reschedule, then the phone support told me that the installation was not included, despite me arguing that my purchase and installation contract literally stated 'no existing water connection' when I ordered. They wanted to charge an additional $129 for installation. At that point I cancelled the Total Tech Membership instead. They credited me the annual fee minus the delivery costs. The phone support ended the call by asking if there was anything they could have done to keep me as a Total Tech Member. (maybe honor the original installation?!) It all could have gone well if it hadn't been for that phone support.

I like that I have unlimited Geek Squard. But, I was expecting a tutorial of how to use my new laptop, which I did not get. They just handed me the computer. I didn't even know where the turn on button was. I also had to download by myself my virus protection.

I love my 75" Sony TV. The color and picture is great. It is simple to use.

I really love being a Best buy total tech member. My son broke my touch screen computer I brought it back to Best buy because I'm up total tech member they diagnosed it and told me it was able to be fixed. With that they gave me a gift card for the price I paid for it so when I went bought a new one it only cost me $34 booyah!!!!

The Totaltech membership was a great deal the year I purchased all my appliances from Best Buy. Beside the best prices from Best Buy, the Totaltech gave me worry-free satisfaction that my appliances would be deliveried and installed properly and maintained, if needed. The price of the Totaltech membership was a fraction for how many services I received and how much money I saved. Thanks, Totaltech!!

I like the Total membership, but I feel like the price on it is a little high and that they should extend warrantied items for 3 years instead of 2 years past the manufacturer's warranty. I would also like to see more discounted sales and exclusive pricing if you have the membership. That would make me want to keep it... because now, as soon as my big-ticket items warranty expires, I will probably cancel my membership because it's like $200 and I am not really getting much other value out of it.

This membership plan has been a God-send! Little did I know that I'd have need of the Geek Squad several times for my laptop, printer, and iPhone!!! This plan has saved me so much money! It has paid for itself over and above! I'm very thankful it was offered and I agreed to buy the plan. I don't usually buy these plans for any appliances or other equipment. This is the best decision, and I highly recommend it.

Simply put it is well worth the money if you use some of the many benefits. I recently had TV delivery, installation and the movement of the large TV I was replacing to another room. Very professional. Soon to replace my washer and dryer which will include delivery, hookup and removal of the old washer, dryer. (Also extended warranties on all items is a big plus) Well worth it in my opinion!

This is a great membership. They offer flexible memberships. I found that keeping a repair membership helpful.

We bought this membership as we bought a computer, 2 Ipads, and a drone. I will forever keep this membership. They help me set up the equipment and taught me everything I needed to know. The staff is well versed in their knowledge of each system and they're all very professional, patient, and kind. I am confident that if a problem should arise moving forward the Geek Squad at Best Buy has my back.

Even for those who have some tech, this membership come with a lot of great services and allows you to efficiently hand off tasks you don't feel as comfortable with to professionals. Though a bit overpriced, I would still recommend this membership.

My Total Tech membership is great, although I haven't used it yet, for any needs. Will be up for renewal soon, so I figured I will do so. The Tech sales people have been pretty good with me. I'm also talking about the Best Buy Associates, too. They are amazing. There now seems to be a lack of other good needs to buy Electronic items on the web, I think. Where did Circuit City go? -- (out of business).

I recently bought a house and I am very happy with the membership. I was only looking for a team that would help me get rid of the old appliances and install the new appliances, but what I love about the membership is the exclusive deals/prices for the members. I saved around $1,000 buying a new Fridge, Gas Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher (including installation and getting rid of the old ones)

My Best Buy Total is one of the best things Best Buy can offer someone. We live in a high tech world and knowing that there is a service that can help protect all your tech from multiple things is great. The yearly price is a little steep for a service you may never use every year, but like the saying goes, "It is better to have and not need it whether don't have it and need it.

This was a great purchase. All employees at Best Buy are so friendly and willing to help. This was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made and I don’t regret it one bit. Thanks Best Buy!
