I'm also very happy that it gives members a 60-day return window. What I'm not happy with is the AI system which is supposed to send me deal offerings based on my browsing habits has not come to fruition. Also I feel like if I'm paying $200 a year to be a member that Geek Squad pre-certified items specifically computer parts, ie video cards which is my main interest should be offered to me first as a MEMBER before the Bot scalpers that buy THINGS via computer programs in seconds off the website!! Best Buy fix it! A $200 service for membership should have private first right of refusal offerings to MEMBERS FIRST, before they're posted to the main website out to the public.
