Membership has saved a lot of money because this year we needed new appliances and upgraded our WIFI.

Honestly, I was apprehensive about purchasing this. I had heard about this before from another sales person at Best Buy, but said no to him because he really didn't convince me. It wasn't until a very nice woman at the Best Buy in Morehead City, North Carolina talked with me about it that I then decided to go ahead and purchase it. Alyssa at the Best Buy in Morehead City, NC, was the associate who really took the time to explain to me the benefits of the program and how it would actually be kind of silly for me to not purchase it. I spend a lot of money at Best Buy and this service is like the Red Carpet for customers. Best Buy treats customers very well in general, but for those customers who have TotalTech, you are brought to a whole new level of service. From free screen installations, to free device fixes, to free assistance with anything, to free insurance to free this and free that and a day set aside which gives us special prices on goods and services...to oil changes for your car (just kidding about that one but you get the point) well if you're someone who shops a lot at Best Buy, you would be served well by having TotalTech. Yeah it costs $200, but it'll be worth it - it'll pay for itself soon after you get it. :)
