All they do is pop the battery out. Sure it’s charged now but it keeps happening. It looks like they just want to waste time until the one year warranty is up. This membership was pushed on me to help get the computer resolved. Waste of my time and money to buy this additional membership that isn’t needed and not fixing a problem that seem to be a defect. I’ve bought all my electronics and most of my appliances at Best Buy, but I think it’s time I start looking elsewhere.
