The Geek Squad was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped with my technical issue.

This membership was well worth it! After having bought my LG dishwasher and having it installed, after 14 days it started having a sudsing error code and shutting off after 1 hour of running a normal 3 hour cycle: not fault of Best Buy installation but LG product mishap. The Geek squad came right out and within two days I had a new dishwasher installed for free and has worked perfectly ever since. And now I have peace of mind for two years if anything else happens. And hopefully will be able to renew the membership when it is going to expire.

Geek squad provides outstanding customer service, the reps are knowledgeable and caring and come on time, they are able to diagnose problems. It is a great asset to have this service, wish they had a Senior rate. Highly recommend.

I have a newly College Student @ UCSD and before gradating High School. her MAC Book Was stolen. So I had to purchase a new one. Lol I love the e.g. for reviewing this. Honestly the Total is pretty sick so far, and has technically saved more than it cost, but also got it as part of the initial package deal that got me and fam interested in best buy soooo it still has an itsy bit more to prove, but yea i'd say if you're looking to drop over $500 / year at Best Buy this is worth easy, assuming you're not TOO picky on brand or color to min max the deals
