This membership is a great value. I previously purchased a 1985 Mazda RX-7 and had a new stereo and speakers installed. The total labor cost for installation was over $500 and was completely covered by this plan!!

This membership is a real value, especially if one has multiple items purchased at Best Buy

I am a millennial. I am also into tech. I fix most of my stuff, and I build and diagnose my own computers and other devices. BUT there are alot of items that I cannot get first party parts for or that cannot be fixed. That’s where this plan comes in handy for me. It includes pretty much every Protection plan, such as my TV, two MacBooks, my iPhones and iPads. It covers my headphones, consoles, gaming controllers you name it. While I won’t use the in store repair unless absolutely necessary such as my iPhone display cracking or whatnot. I do appreciate being able to swap out things that do die prematurely. I have peace of mind for atleast two years on most items if not longer(if I keep renewing the membership yearly). Having two iPhones, two iPads and two MacBooks(one for me one for my wife) i would normally purchase AppleCare +. Which would have cost me a few hundred dollars, but with this plan I get that coverage for two years AND it costs less to cover all of them for that time period. If you shop a lot at Best Buy, struggle with tech, or own a lot of Apple products this plan is well worth it.

This membership has been a great value to us. I bought a new computer that had bad software, even the geek squad couldn't fix it but they recommended I purchase a Total Membership. I did and my bad computer was promptly replaced. I bought a new AVR receiver and really appreciate the membership discount. There are a lot of perks with the Total Membership. Check them out.

The Total Geek Squad is an excellent program and a great value. I would suggest it for any electronic purchase.

This membership has been one of the best things I’ve signed up for, besides the perks of the membership it’s been a relief knowing that I can bring in any of my purchased electronics and they can get fixed. I’m very clumsy and will end up damaging something. I’ve always loved Best Buy for the deals and the perks make this so much better. Now I can go crazy and buy more with any worries.

The memebership is one of the best purchase decisions I’ve made. Not only do you get excellent sale deals, you get warranty coverage for your products. For families who buy and consume alot of tech and appliances, it’s the best deal going.

I didn't realize my older phone was still under the warranty period so my Geek Squad associate, Alexandra Mariona, worked with me to get my new moto g phone to replace my older phone which was damaged. She went the extra mile to help and assist me. I'm very happy with the Best Buy total plan. It worked great for me!

It has more than paid for itself. Just having the Geek Squad transfer data from my old computer to my new one was well worth it.

The geek squad is really great and has helped me with my electronic needs. They always solved my problems and did so expeditiously. The only problem encountered was that they were understaffed and getting an appointment took time.
