I didn't realize my older phone was still under the warranty period so my Geek Squad associate, Alexandra Mariona, worked with me to get my new moto g phone to replace my older phone which was damaged. She went the extra mile to help and assist me. I'm very happy with the Best Buy total plan. It worked great for me!

All of my appliances and tech are under BBY protection plan unless unavailable or better protection elsewhere! this is the only membership i will pay $100+ for. Thanks BBY for having your insurance plan peace of mind!

The geek squad is really great and has helped me with my electronic needs. They always solved my problems and did so expeditiously. The only problem encountered was that they were understaffed and getting an appointment took time.

It has more than paid for itself. Just having the Geek Squad transfer data from my old computer to my new one was well worth it.

MEMBERSHIP IS THE WAY TO GO!!! I WILL NEVER NOT HAVE A EMBERSHIP WITH BEST BUY, MORE THAN PAYS FOR ITSELF!

I have concerns because it is expensive and some of the attractive services have been changed and require additional cost. However, I wouldn’t be without it. If you have a problem, they can quickly resolve it through repair or replacement. I highly recommend getting this extra protection.
