Total tech has saved me 600 dollars in less than a month with the free install portion alone, this service makes me feel like I'm stealing from the company, I have had a deck, amp, sun, door speakers installed so far with another set of door speakers and 4 channel amp to come along with back up camera I will save over a 1000 dollars in under to months, and the extender's warranty upgrades for free makes this a total bargin

Initially, I was skeptical to bring my computer in for service. However, the Geek Squad did a fantastic job bringing my old computer back to life without losing my old apps (for which I can't find my original USB Drive or Discs in order to reinstall). I am very thankful for the top-notch service. And if need be, I won't hesitate to make use of the Totaltech service I signed up for. Certainly, it's a great value.

We got this protection for the 1yr promotion period but it was great while we had it. We didn't really need it because we bought other anti-virus products but this was good to have as a back up.

I have purchased BBTT and its definitely worth the price. They are easy to communicate with and always have positive interactions. If you ever get open box items would definitely purxhase this incase something goes wrong with your item. I had purchased a gaming pc and the gpu was not working. I unfortunately had to lose my laptop for 2 weeks but they had it completely repaired at no extra cost.

Worth the price to me to have unlimited geek squad for them to transfer the data from my old computer to my new for them to sit down and go over the new computer to do in-home service and installation of any other products I buy within the year

It nice and only worth it if you use their service to make for the expensive price. Had no problems with my devices. I like the extended return policy. They got some good sales too with the membership. And first in to purchase a ps5 console or xbox series x console.

I think it’s a really good idea to get depending if you need some warranty and some peace of mind. Plus it has exclusive deals with it and a way longer return policy. Well worth it if you use Best Buy a lot like I do. Love it.

In home service was quick, efficient, and they were wholesome and accommodating after I called later the same day to run a longer HDMI cable because I wasn’t comfortable taking my chances to replace it myself. And they took to my dog when they arrived to make it seem the whole experience seem like we were friends helping each other out with a move and setup

Note that scheduling an appointment is preferable to walk-in, since appointments have precedence over walk-ins. I had three initial contacts. 1) I walked in on a Monday to purchase the annual membership and discuss what I wanted done. One of the tasks was create a backup image of my laptop. I was told I'd be called when the laptop was ready and to just come on in then and to expect a call on Friday or before. 2) On Tuesday, I was pleasantly surprised to get the call to walk in. I had to wait a bit, but it was not unreasonable. The person behind the counter said it appeared the backup that was to have taken place, did not. So they began the backup while I was there. After at least 20 minutes I was told to make an appointment to pick it up the following day since the backup was taking so long. I made the appointment for the following day, Wednesday. 3) Upon arriving on time, I waited only 5 minutes and Cedric at the Evanston IL. store assisted me. He was knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient. This was my first in-detail exposure to Geek personnel assistance. I highly recommend Cedric. He found that the backup that the person on Tuesday said did not occur, actually did occur and there were two backups. One was named a sequence of numbers that Cedric immediately recognized as related to my account number. The second had a name that was easily recognized as a backup. He removed the extraneous backup and helped me with other backups of multiple file types from my phone to the laptop and an external device. He further identified that the problem I had in achieving those backups were cable related. On the whole it was a very positive experience due to Cedric's astute assistance. Due to the oversight of the counter personnel in my second contact in not identifying an existence of a backup and the extra wait time, I'm giving a four star rating. Lacking that, I'd give a 5 star rating due to the initial sign-up with the Geek Squad and especially Cedric's help,

We brought a close out tv from the news paper and it only lasted three months. With Best Buy protection of five years I have no worries. I brought a open box that came broken. We return it to the nearest Best Buy. Best Buy total tech give us a brand new tv. Our brand new tv works great because we had Best Buy protection. Other sellers don’t offer protection! Buy Best Buy protection saved our expense purchase!

I have been very pleased with the tech service received. I was reluctant at first but my former service retired and I had to find a replacement. Best Buy filled the need very nicely. They have helped me on serveral occasions - over the phone, in my house and in the store. I am glad I signed up for the service.
