Got total tech for the things I can’t diy. Only time I tried to use it in 1 year was to get a window A/C and dehumidifier repaired. Made an appointment online with no problem. Not informed that totaltech doesn’t cover those kinds of repairs. Lugged them down to the store on my day off. Wheeled them in and waited my turn for an agent to finally tell me that I completely wasted my time and they couldn’t help. I cancelled the remainder of total tech when I got home.
