It is a good deal because in case anything happens to your product. You will have a safety net to protect and fix your item.

This membership is a great value on a number of occasions we've had to call for help and it always seems to get solved most of the time over the phone. It's just a value, knowing who to call at a very reasonable price and it's a trusted company.

This membership has been one of the best things I’ve signed up for, besides the perks of the membership it’s been a relief knowing that I can bring in any of my purchased electronics and they can get fixed. I’m very clumsy and will end up damaging something. I’ve always loved Best Buy for the deals and the perks make this so much better. Now I can go crazy and buy more with any worries.

This membership has been a great value to us. I bought a new computer that had bad software, even the geek squad couldn't fix it but they recommended I purchase a Total Membership. I did and my bad computer was promptly replaced. I bought a new AVR receiver and really appreciate the membership discount. There are a lot of perks with the Total Membership. Check them out.
