Total tech has been more than worth it. I had a TV mounted, sync lights put on the tv, and 3 ring cameras installed all for free. Additionally we upgraded our appliances last year and got them delivered installed and the all of the old appliances hauled away. That alone was worth it and of course the protection is a nice security blanket as well

This product is a great value. Not only are your technical products covered by you get discounts on many other products that Best Buy Sell. The technicians are very professional, proficient and courteous. Highly recommend you purchase the Best Buy TotalTech product. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if I have any technical problems I can just place a phone call.

This membership is a great value it gives you peace of mind

Great value if you purchase relatively expensive items and need the peace of mind in case of emergency. I have this for my family because my wife has lost her phone in the past, and given the amount of electronics that we buy through Best Buy, the protection pays for itself. Its not for everyone but it works for me and my needs.

I took the total tech membership as soon as I heard the benefits I can get from it, of course! I really think it is a very good value. I started with a home consultation and I felt confident talking to Jake who gave us a proposal. I ordered the products needed to accomplish my project and I can see the savings I get from the total tech membership.

This membership tops it all and is top notch. Well worth the money if you are planing on getting any new appliances or big TV’s to be hung because this membership includes free instillation. I’ve bought a dishwasher, cooktop and plan to buy a TV. Which was all delivered free and installed for free. That paid for the membership plus some!

We absolutely love Total Tech!!! We 1st purchased it when buying our cell phones; however since then everything we have purchased since is automatically covered under the plan (warranty) at no extra cost and when we purchased our TV they came and installed it free of charge under the total tech. So glad we have made Total Tech a smart decision for our buying needs through Best Buy.

Purchased a large size flatscreen for installation as a gift in my brothers, home and another state. Total Tech handled it with expertise and flare, not only handling all the mounting connections and the light, but gave him all the necessary instructions on how to make him a Cable cutting, Web TV, expert!

Bought this because it included all the work i needed for my pc and was cheaper than the individual prices. Geek squad employee said i bring them back to their highschool days, could very well be an insult. 11/10 would recommend.

This plan makes the most sense if you do all of your electronics shopping at best buy. I used to be like that, but now shop for the best deal. If this is you or makes a lot of sense!

Great peace of mind if you're making frequent tech purchases. Instant max coverage on everything. Fun to check out the membership deals. Enough extra little perks to make it worth it, but the coverage on everything is great.

We got this protection for the 1yr promotion period but it was great while we had it. We didn't really need it because we bought other anti-virus products but this was good to have as a back up.

I walked into this store to purchase a laptop since my old one was not working. I immediately was helped by a lady whose name I forget - she walked me through the differences between all the laptops I had questions about. She was very knowledgeable and quick to help! Five Stars! Top-notch delivery, setting it up, and helping me figure everything out to program on the TV itself. The technician went above and beyond in programming the tv and taking the old and very heavy TV out to his van. All in All, Five Stars! And you can't beat a LG OLED tv with the picture and features.

Totaltech membership. I entered into this agreement with concerns. I didn't think that I would need it. BUT-I had serious problems with a new fridge. It actually needed to be exchanged twice. BestBuy was the BEST! Also-when I purchased my new AppleWatch-Apple Care was included. Instead of $70 my cost was $0. They also grandfathered in my laptop!
