I bought a home theater system and TV for my new home. I thought that the Total Tech membership would be a good idea. New home, so let’s get everything installed by professionals. It was next to impossible to schedule a delivery and installation time. When I did it was cancelled without my knowledge. When I scheduled again no one showed up or even bothered to tell me that they were not showing up. Tonight when I called to see what happened I’m told that it will be another month before I can even have my TV delivered. I’ve cancelled my order and requested a refund for my total tech membership. I usually buy my electronics from Amazon, but liked the idea of having a store I could physically walk in and a support team. I will not make the same mistake again.
