The first time they came the machine was noisy and they didn’t install a shut off . Which is illegal in an apartment and could have flooded building. So we called to take it out and they sent someone who wouldn’t take it because of the shut off valve . Next time they installed a shut off valve and took it . I called to cancel my total tech and the guys in the Philippines told me I should sue them if I didn’t like it . After a month of headaches I ended up losing 160.00 to cancel the total tech membership.
