I only rated it four stars because I prefer reaching service individuals who speak English as their primary language. In addition to the noise on the line, we have two language barriers. Unfortunately, I do not speak computer or their primary language. (I am not proud of that, but it is the case.)

I brought in a laptop that was having some issues turning on and I asked them to avoid wiping my computer, and if they did have to wipe my computer to download Google Chrome, zoom, and office 365. Not only did the computer get wiped, when it was returned to me, it had none of the requested applications installed. Was told they'd be able to resolve my issue but the only thing they really wanted was to make a sale. Poor experience, would never purchase this membership again.
