Purchased a large size flatscreen for installation as a gift in my brothers, home and another state. Total Tech handled it with expertise and flare, not only handling all the mounting connections and the light, but gave him all the necessary instructions on how to make him a Cable cutting, Web TV, expert!

Great value if you purchase relatively expensive items and need the peace of mind in case of emergency. I have this for my family because my wife has lost her phone in the past, and given the amount of electronics that we buy through Best Buy, the protection pays for itself. Its not for everyone but it works for me and my needs.

If you don’t know how to set up a printer or if you are not tech-ie, then get it. My friend laughed at me for getting it but when I asked him to help me he said he was busy. So I made the right decision in getting the membership. It’s someone to help me when I need the help. I was able to use it to install my window air conditioner so that was worth it too.

Total tech has been more than worth it. I had a TV mounted, sync lights put on the tv, and 3 ring cameras installed all for free. Additionally we upgraded our appliances last year and got them delivered installed and the all of the old appliances hauled away. That alone was worth it and of course the protection is a nice security blanket as well

This membership tops it all and is top notch. Well worth the money if you are planing on getting any new appliances or big TV’s to be hung because this membership includes free instillation. I’ve bought a dishwasher, cooktop and plan to buy a TV. Which was all delivered free and installed for free. That paid for the membership plus some!

The young man that helped me was very polite patient and did everything possible to help me. I usually don’t have patience or feel the salesperson don’t have patience but I got the red carpet treatment with Jacob. The world needs more people like this.

Good buys geek squad when you need them great technology

While I had the Geek squad membership they were very helpful, always pleasant and knowledgeable. Always able to fix my issues in good time. As a senior individual I just did not use the service enough to make it worth my time to keep it. I would defiantly recommend it for someone who has a lot of electronic equipment.

I bought this plan for the benefits it provides. I enjoy knowing that my purchases have protections besides what the manufacturer provides. In addition there is a rotating selection of products that are available at discounted member only prices. The price of the plan is well worth the peace of mind it gives me.

I took the total tech membership as soon as I heard the benefits I can get from it, of course! I really think it is a very good value. I started with a home consultation and I felt confident talking to Jake who gave us a proposal. I ordered the products needed to accomplish my project and I can see the savings I get from the total tech membership.

The membership is wonderful if I had the needs. I actually thought it would be useful with an old computer and all the business tech hiccups. Unfortunately, I am not as busy as I hoped and have to cut costs.

Bought this because it included all the work i needed for my pc and was cheaper than the individual prices. Geek squad employee said i bring them back to their highschool days, could very well be an insult. 11/10 would recommend.
