||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was one of those caught up in the transitioning Best Buy technology support programs, from their former Total Tech Support to their new "TotalTech", and not sure which would have been better if able to grandfather into, but to know BB has your back and willing to work with you regardless is a good thing. The occasional bonus SALE pricing is a good thing to take advantage of too, as like a "member price" one major purchase already covers the cost of the membership for the year, with spare savings. Have yet to really leverage the at home tech support I need to if to maximize the "smart" home functionality of what I buy and bring into my home.

I had Total Tech at my house several times and rather than $100 it was $50. And, they didn't charge anything for a trip when I wasn't happy and they came back until I felt everything was working well. They put up 3 outdoor security system cameras, my Ring doorbell, a new powerful Router system and a couple of other things, I get a 20% discount on anything I buy at Best Buy and any waranty I get is extended in length. I am VERY pleased because I am 83 and handicapped and can't do much for myself. Every Tech I've had in my home has been great in knowledge, polite and hard working. Kudos to Totaltech!
