||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having the Dell tech work on my computer for nearly 3 hours, he told me everything was fixed. It was nearly midnight so I shut it down. The next morning when I tried to open my computer, all I got was gobbeldy-gook. I couldn't open anything as it changed from screen to screen, opening a tons of things I had never seen. I tried and tried but couldn't get the thing to work properly. Thankfully I was a member of the Geek Squad and they took my computer and had it for two days before they were able to get it to working correctly. They told me I would lose all my information so I purchased a 2 terabyte SSD so they could load all my information onto it to save it for me. So much for Dell's Premium Support Plus. Their tech was a disgrace to Dell in my opinion. I'm not sure which Cracker Jack box he learned computer repair from but he must have eaten half the instructions instead of reading them. Thank you Geek Squad for getting my computer back up and running the way it should.
