To be honest I have no idea what I am reviewing but it stated it was in store. I wanted to write a review anyways because I absolutely love Best Buy, especially the store in my area. Everyone is very nice and polite and knowledgeable. I visit the store once every week or two for no reason other to look around at all the new tech.

I've had total tech for i believe at least 4 years straight and i would never be without it. The peace of mind and yearly perks are well worthwhile. I've gotten my monies worth each snd every year. Total tech is simply the best product warranty that i ever had hands down. No hassle product support, no deductible and 24-7 geek squad assistance.

Totaltech membership. I entered into this agreement with concerns. I didn't think that I would need it. BUT-I had serious problems with a new fridge. It actually needed to be exchanged twice. BestBuy was the BEST! Also-when I purchased my new AppleWatch-Apple Care was included. Instead of $70 my cost was $0. They also grandfathered in my laptop!

Absolutely get this if you are buying anything. the cost to benefit is great.

I walked into this store to purchase a laptop since my old one was not working. I immediately was helped by a lady whose name I forget - she walked me through the differences between all the laptops I had questions about. She was very knowledgeable and quick to help! Thanks so much - I will definitely be back and will be recommending this store to friends and family!

This membership is worth the money. I've already used the Geek Squad twice which had I gone to some other Tech service would have cost me twice the amount. They were patient and explained everything to me. They were able to transfer data from my very old machine to my newly purchased machine and fix any compatibility issues. I highly recommend them.

We absolutely love Total Tech!!! We 1st purchased it when buying our cell phones; however since then everything we have purchased since is automatically covered under the plan (warranty) at no extra cost and when we purchased our TV they came and installed it free of charge under the total tech. So glad we have made Total Tech a smart decision for our buying needs through Best Buy.

This membership was a real value to me when I dropped my phone on the corner of a heavy plate. A spider-web type break was obvious, and I was certain I had ruined my phone. A very knowledgeable employee quickly calmed my fears, not only replaced the protective cover, but took time to clean the interior of the phone case. I'm sold on Best Buy.

We purchased the TotalTech membership when purchasing my daughter's laptop for school. Despite being pretty tech savvy myself, I felt that the peace of mind that TotalTech was offering me was a great exchange for the price. Although I didn't intend spending that much, I don't regret it one bit. Especially since I can extend it to future purchases.

I had this for years and have never had any major problems that i can use so i had to cancel

Total tech membership has been a lifesaver for us. We moved from Texas to Chicago and we were able to coordinate TV mounting and smart home installations at a very reasonable price - free if purchased the items through BB. Plus anytime we have any issues with any appliance, it's great to know you have a reliable place to turn to. Well worth the annual fee.

Love love love the yearly plan. The squad is there when I needed them recently when I was hacked. They made the clean up process easy, did it same day and I was back in business. Have used over and over when I have had a problem ( even when problem was user error). The Yearly plan is a must for those of us who are tech challenged.

This membership has helped me greatly. Memebr prices plus Geek squad support is wonderful for a technology novice, plus the protection plan on my purchases.

Total is great. I was able to purchase mine before they changed their new policy in which you would have to pay per installation. Other than that, it’s 1 year of great services from Best buy and Geek Squad.

I totally don’t need it, I’ve didn’t buy items from Best Buy which need assistance. I would recommend to others who brought items from Best Buy. I went on two occasions and they were professional and answered questions. Guided me to right attachment I need for my equipment.

Five Stars! Top-notch delivery, setting it up, and helping me figure everything out to program on the TV itself. The technician went above and beyond in programming the tv and taking the old and very heavy TV out to his van. All in All, Five Stars! And you can't beat a LG OLED tv with the picture and features.

I’ve had it for almost a year & although I don’t buy as much at Bestbuy as I used to, I would still definitely recommend it, esp if you are in the market for any major or minor appliance purchase. It paid for a major appliance installation & haul-away, not to mention the extended service plans it offers.

Loved the convenience of repairs and help, the auto renewal automatically chooses the most expensive plan rather than providing you a choice between the three available tiers. When i enrolled there was only one option. Best buy failed to inform me that the plan options were changing and so was the price. So be careful and attentive. However, when i contacted the company their customer service department did a great job resolving this problem. Also, be aware that very large devices are not eligible for in store repairs.
