Luckily, other than the installation and delivery benefits, I have not needed to use it. I thought the special access to support (i,.e on the chat) was a great benefit. The only issue is that while I get someone faster and they are always nice, I have not been able to obtain better info about status of my questions than what I can see online by myself. That is really disappointing, since after all is said and done, the time I spent on the chat was a total waste. But that is BBY process to address, not the membership per se.
