This membership is a fantastic buy, it saved me money and access to use the geek squad for my computer needs. I highly recommend this to everyone!

Never thought I would say protection plan is worth it but when you have couple of things go bad in a short amount of time and Best Buy just replaces them there is no arguing. Saved me tons of time and money. With the number of devices I buy from Best Buy this is a great financial decision as well. It’s a whole lot cheaper than buying protection on each device. Plus you don’t have to think about it. It’s automatically added to every purchase.

This membership is a great value due to it covering everything from warranty work at my house to changing screen protectors. I have used my total membership multiple states with no issues.

They went through my laptop and scrubbed it clean!

I have had this membership for several years and it is well worth it. As a retired person I know longer have that coworker to ask when I have a problem with my home computer. Having Geek Squad copy my old computer to my new computer and answer questions is wonderful.

The Geek Squad is worth the price. Computers do crazy things and it's good to have a bunch of kids practically "on staff" to fix them.

This membership is already worth it's cost. They have already repaired 2 laptops in just the short time since I have purchased this plan.

In my experience ALWAYS get the warranty... you WILL appreciate it when you really need it.

I have been a Total Tech customer for 3 years. I have used this service several times as well as feel I have received the lowest price available for my purchases.

This service is extremely helpful- earlier it also included free delivery/instalation and disposal of the replaced item, along with one extra year of warranty (generally 1 year by mfg. is extended to two years. Sadly now the free delivery/installation. and free disposal has been removed and we have to pay for it. For small items it is ok- because you can do it yourself. But for big items it tacks on say $200 to the price

Just bought an apple product recently and the membership came with applecare+ and comparably cheaper than the original insurance. worth.

Total tech has been around a few years and I’m glad it hasn’t disappeared. Normally these types of subscriptions turn into movie pass and get canceled. This has paid for every warranty that I’ve ever gotten for each product I’ve bought. From mouse pads to computers to garbage disposals. It warranties them all. I’ve barely used the warranties on most of my things but the times I’ve taken advantage of one has paid for the cost of the subscription. The deals and tech support are a great subscription addition too. I have only used the deals twice and never used the tech support but I have returned things after a month of meaning to get to the store, dropped off dead apple devices and bought things on discount. Get this if you buy tech from best buy at all.
