I buy this every year because when I need help it is easy to get an appt. and the job is done right. The people are friendly. I've never been disappointed.

Apparently, I purchased this on September 20, 2025 so I guess I should look into the benefits!

This protection saved me hundreds when my earbuds developed bad static 22 months after buying the - total protection got me a full refund to but new ones

Great service and provides peace of mind. However, the online schedule--not so much. I made an appointment and when I arrived at the store, my name was not on the list. Apparently, I should have received a message needing confirmation--I didn't see it. Thankfully, I was taken care of.

This membership it does pay itself by extending the warranty in the stuff you buy and the services you can get

love the backing of the geek squad, and knowing my purchases are protected.

I'm glad that we bought this membership when we bought our laptops. We were able to have Geek Squad install Microsoft and the virus protection.

I like getting the discounts. Two $50 coupons on just two months.

This has come in handy for special offers/discounts on products and especially when I need support for situations where I eed help in resolving.

We benefit in more ways than I can remember. Support to assist with our iPhone, price reductions on products, in-house TV installation, etc. has been amazing.

Geek Squad fixed up my computer for me and gave me many helpful ideas and advice. I will go by with all my computer questions.

This membership is awesome. My laptops got fixed and i get great products.

Best Buy has the the protection plans in the tech industry, and maybe best overall. I've needed to use this plan twice now, which has saved me over $1,500. First was recovering all my data from one computer and transferring it to a new one. They did this quickly and efficiently. The second time I needed my Best Buy total was when I left my laptop on the roof of my car and found it destroyed the next day. Not only did the techs provide excellent service, they expedited everything so I could get back to work. Within 3 days they had provided me with a store credit for the full purchase price of my laptop, which I immediately used to get a new one. There aren't many companies out there that offer a protection plan that fully protects you in case of an accident. Don't even hesitate... add this membership to your next purchase. It's worth it's weight in gold. 10 stars

The product I purchased went on sale right after I bought it. I saved $180 and got another 2 years for free on my 2nd product.

I'm so happy i bought the yearly membership it has gave me peace of mind ..that i know need not worry if i something breakdown.

Just got the membership, but looking forward to the ease of use and the perks involved!

So far this has been fantastic, great value with the fact that you get the 60day price match, do note that it is only about 14 days for Phone, however i was able to secure an extra 100$ discount due to the G24 being discounted further from the discount i got when i purchase it. Price match will stack. Other than that, all the benefits you get with it are great, definately something to consider if you are doing large or frequent purchases.

No regrets from me. The benefits are worth it considering I’ve felt like it’s given back more than it’s charged.
