Membership for me is a must. I have a new printer which is giving me a lot of trouble so I am always using it. Wouldn’t be without it.

New computer build did not work. It was fixed quickly. They are going to build my next computer with my original membership.

this membership is great here since I live a distance from the store and they can work on my pc from tech support. I ask them to show me at they go. But I have worked on pcs for years and want to learn from them.

I renewed my Total tech membership. Positive points: They did not raise the price. You still get free shipping on most things. You get special pricing on some items. You are allowed 60- day return period for most items! % off for repairs, geek squad will do a lot for free like check your computers, & help you will problems. That is why I continue to keep total tech. As long as they do not start cutting benefits, I am happy. But sadly, they no longer include Web root antivirus anymore.

If you're an appleaficiando then you'd be silly not to get a membership. Not only are you getting great deals but the free apple care for 2 years more than pays for itself even if you only buy one device.

I love that I have the protection for any of our electronic devices. We have take a tv that we purchase elsewhere and they diagnosed for us. It was unrepairable but I was so relieved we could take it somewhere and it’s not just sitting in our garage.

This is the absolute best product BB offers. Help available with chat anytime, and it's easy and reasonably quick to get an appointment if you need in-home help. It's worth every penny, especially if you need something like a large TV installed.
