    Nice to have with your normal warranty. Easy to use and Geek Tech are informative and detailed on what problem is and how long to repair. Worth the price is you buy alot from Best Buy.

    It's OK, but could be great

    So far, this service is, 'OK' My biggest complaint is that the call desk is off shore, and the team there is hard to hear due to weak lines. They also seem to want to get you off the phone as fast as possible, and take the easiest route forward as opposed to proper troubleshooting. That I get free installs, and extended warranties is now worth it, with what I have purchased.

    This membership has helped me greatly. Memebr prices plus Geek squad support is wonderful for a technology novice, plus the protection plan on my purchases.

    I would very much highly recommend buying this if you are getting any type of appliance or electronic or any kind of device From Best Buy then do yourself a favor and please buy the protection. Do yourself a favor they will come in handy? I promise I never thought I would use them and i've used them more than I can count. I hope this helps.

    HIGHLY recommend investing in this membership! In-store appointments are easy, remote assistance for many issues is extremely helpful with most being resolved efficiently and quickly. Though my father didn't have such a great experience in-store, due to poor customer service, we stand by the TotalTech membership overall as valuable.

    I would not be without this service! I think this is like my 10th year w geek squad total support. Anything u are worried about including security, fast computer response time, maximizing easy use of services; all done! The people are very kind and patient w us not so savy computer types.

    My husband had crashed his work laptop and desperately needed one to work with at the moment. He needed to reboot his mothers Windows laptop so it could have access to his work system. Her laptop ended up getting stuck on reboot and kept prompting boot file missing. After taking it to geek squad, a day later he was told that they could not repair it and there is a hardware that is broken so it would have to be sent out for $400 or so. We said that is impossible. There was nothing broken to begin with. It was working fine. It's just the system. We took the laptop home and I decided to take a look and play around with it. After doing my own research through google and YouTube I found out all that needes to be done was to download the windows system into a usb drive using another computer, connecting that into the laptop and rebooting it qhile holding down some keys. After following some more steps I completely restored her computer. How in the world are "experts" that are hired for such things not be able to figure this out. Unbelievable. I'm pretty convinced they just wanted her money and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. SMH.

    I reccomend customers with ongoing support for all of their technology needs. Some benefits of the service include: Unlimited access to Geek Squad agents for technical support and repairs In-home service for larger items such as TVs and appliances Protection for all of your technology, including devices you already own Remote support for quick and easy troubleshooting

    Granny Found a Good Group to Help Her At Best Buy

    I love the peace of mind belonging to the Totaltech group. I am 80 years old, and some of the "new stuff" is hard to understand. But they work with me and take the time to make sure I understand and are patient to make sure I will be able to enjoy what I am buying!

    Worked out great when buying a new dishwasher. This saved us money on installation. Since this was my only purchase and we had no issues, I cannot comment on how well the service works after the purchase.

    It feels good knowing that my equipment is protected if the unexpected were to ever occur. I am careful with my things, but anything is possible. Best Buy makes it effortless to add new electronics that I purchase from them onto my existing policy. Also, it is very affordable

    This is definitely one of the subscriptions of all time. Really, if you like buying a ton of stuff, this will pay for itself with those warranties baby! Or just come up wit some bs for geeksquad to do, get a free ring doorbell installation or something. Just make sure to take advantage of your advantages given from this membership of all time

    I’ve bought plenty of monitors and always put this protection plan on everything I’ve bought. Can’t never go wrong with this. If you have any issues with your product just simply bring it back to the geek squad crew and you can replace your item or get what you paid in full as store credit and use it towards what ever you want to purchase next.

    revived dead compter

    My Hard drive died and the computer would not boot. I brought the computer into Best Buy in Holyoke with no appointment. I have totaltech membership and they tookin the computer. They were able to fixe it and gave me a call within the week to pick up the computer as well a a portable hardrive with a complete backup of the computer,

    I have had a Totaltech membership for a number of years since my PC's hard drive died. They were amazing and quick. My PC is better than ever. I have experienced several issues throughout the house and they have been spot-on in the diagnosis and resolution. Can't possibly imagine having any technology in my house without the Totaltech support.

    I am a single woman and always having computer problems, not to mention I have a cat who loves to lock my screen....UGH....the tecks never make me feel stupid, nor talk down to me. They laugh, and then FIX IT....no charge. Amazing coverage for so little a price. Cannot recommend enough.

    Warranty package

    The best goodbye people were pretty good about the warranty package and it covers everything I bought my refrigerator my stove my wash and my driver dryer my TV and my Yamaha stereo so it's pretty cool for I think it's $200 a year as long as I paid every year if they ever blow up I get him replaced so I'm pretty happy

    I have had Geek Squad members to my home several times in my first year of membership. Each has been courteous and knowledgeable. When they did not have the answer they were able to get it. The total tech price is a genuine bargain. I will be happy to pay it again next year (I have already gotten that much value). Keep up the good work Best Buy!
