We purchased the Totaltech membership plan in April 2023 when we bought the laptop. When we purchased our Sony 85” TV and mount, this membership covered it as well as provided free delivery and set-up. What a fabulous deal! We highly recommend the Totaltech membership especially if you purchase several tech items.

Overall a good thing. They replaced a phone for us. They also changed my computer battery. The battery did get screwed on poorly. That is the only reason that I gave 4 and not 5 stars.

Was worth it since I had a major hard drive crash. Computer hard drive had to be replaced and much material had to be downloaded back to my computer. Geek Squad did a great job of taking care of me!

This membership is one of the best things one can buy. It definitely saves one a lot of money because it provides free service by the Geek Squad, and other goodies. The Geek Squad came out to our home to reprogram the Wi-Fi extenders, got it done quickly and at NO COST to us. Another company had quoted $140 for the job. This membership is well worth its cost!

WOW! Basically, no more tech headaches! Our Geeks have been helpful, personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My husband got a tutorial for his new computer, and has been a confident user since! We appreciate the ability to have them handle any and all of our tech needs! This membership is well worth the $$ and more!

Nice to have with your normal warranty. Easy to use and Geek Tech are informative and detailed on what problem is and how long to repair. Worth the price is you buy alot from Best Buy.

I was glad to find out that the total tech membership inclded quick shipping. I got the membership to provide better service for my computer repair, but that really didn’t change much about the speed of my comuter. So i guess that it was a wash.

Repair ticket intially was misplaced and A bit pricy but didn't have many options to repair a laptop with keyboard issues. Recently bought a hand held vac and it added coverage to that so that was nice.

It feels good knowing that my equipment is protected if the unexpected were to ever occur. I am careful with my things, but anything is possible. Best Buy makes it effortless to add new electronics that I purchase from them onto my existing policy. Also, it is very affordable

I would not be without this service! I think this is like my 10th year w geek squad total support. Anything u are worried about including security, fast computer response time, maximizing easy use of services; all done! The people are very kind and patient w us not so savy computer types.

Its so important to have Totaltech membership when you have electronics. The Geek squad always comes through. When I was having issues with my new power supply they had me bring the computer instore and it was fixed in less then 24 hours. Im not saying in evey case it will be that fast. but they really know what there doing. Thank you TotalTech!

Great value. Pros Didn't have to pay for any installation Call in service was great. Got my issue resolved. When my items were delivered, a totaltech member reached out and that made me feel appreciated Access to certain discounts Less worry and work for me, they took care of everything. Cons I reached out via chat when i had an issue with my refrigerator no making ice and all i was offered was a replacement no technical support nor empathy I had to call multiple times to resolve an issue and when my call dropped after me being on hold for quite sometime, the rep did not call back.

I recommend everyone to get a Best Buy membership it really helps out with a lot of purchases not having to pay full price sometimes getting a discount

Really great service especially for when i got my new apartment....however they wanted to charge me to remount my tv and it was supposed to be covered....for $200 d service should be for 2 years or at least 18 months.

I have had a TECH MEMBERSHIP for several years. I have compared their annual membership with other annual memberships & have consistently stayed with Tech Membership; I like that I can go to One place to get most IN-HOME issues taken care of.

The best buy membership is the best thing you can get from best buy. My brother and his family has it as well and he’d advise me to get it and it was money well spent. I purchased it when I bought my washer and dryer which cost in excess of $2000 and with the best buy membership, I can save a whole lot with all the benefits that it comes with.
