This is the best investment out there. We have had to go twice already this year for computer virus and hacks from the internet. They are efficient, knowledgeable and were able to make all the repairs. The best part is everything was covered under the annual membership fee.

To think that I have a year of service for my products , just by making a 1tine purchase for protection is amazing.

Seems to be a good deal. My biggest disappointment with it is in order to get points you must use Best Buy credit card. Paying any other way will NOT get you points. Also, in general, their member prices are in line with Amazon price so don't get this just because it could "save" you money on the product. All other features may make it worth it for you.

The membership is a great value, and allows you to get help from geeksquad at an affordable price.

I have had this membership for a few years now. Geek Squad has come to my rescue several times especially this past month. Bought new TV, Computer, Printer, Wireless Keyboard, and TV antenna. Had some issues with the setup of the printer and they really bailed me out. I highly recommend them

This plan has some value, but it requires a trip to a best buy store for any electronics or computer repairs. Also it was sold to us as extending a warranty to two years, but that is only true if you renew the Plan for a second year. Else you are billed a service fee of $99 and charged for all parts of any repair. And most computer repairs wipe out everything and reinstall the OS, and do not try to do any data recovery.

I like this much much much less now that they don’t let you ask for help with electronics no matter where you bought them.

We just recently purchased the Best Buy Total Membership and have used it multiple times already (we were recently "scammed" and had to have the Geek squad clean up our hard drive...we were very impressed!!!
