We just recently purchased the Best Buy Total Membership and have used it multiple times already (we were recently "scammed" and had to have the Geek squad clean up our hard drive...we were very impressed!!!

My membership has been a real value, the Geek Squad is always available and has solved every problem that occurred.

I shop frequently at BestBuy and have for years. The money i save with this membership and the benefits more than pay back the cost.

We ran into a fraud issue. Fixing it would have cost over $300. The Geek Squad agent we were working with suggested we get a Total membership, which covered the fraud issue on both computers.

This is nice to have if you have a lot of electronics. If you need your computers or other equipment reset or having issues with them, you just take it in and they fix it. No stress or hassle
