The My Best Buy Total membership has been an amazing value. The extended protection alone has already saved me money especially with my new MacBook Pro. I love knowing I’m covered beyond the manufacturer’s warranty for repairs and accidental damage.

They take a long time to do the work, with one computer reset taking 10 days and the other about a week. Both computers needed to be wiped and reset to factory status. One came back just as we expected. The second one did not. They only set up the small amount of SSD but not the terabyte of RAM! I needed the computer desperately by then, without another long delay, and paid someone else to do it.

I think the membership is worth it's money. I used it for problems with an iPad and also got a free SiriusXM radio kit installation. When I bought my new Mac they backed up everything and transferred things over. Way easier than if I would have had to do it. Very knowledgable staff!
