Using my Total Tech membership, a Geek Squad agent put it in all the parts. Unfortunately, when they handed me the PC they were busy and we couldn't test it in-store. They did give the original boxes with leftover cables but it did not come with the power cord to connect to an outlet. After all the above happened, I have spent approx. 2.5 hours (yes, two and a half hours!) on the phone and chat to no avail. Everybody passes the buck, says its another department and I have gotten no resolutions. It is ludicrous to pay for Total Tech membership, be guaranteed 24/7 Geek Squad support and get 0 help.
