Too often products that are insured, won't cover labor or the product fails after coverage ends. We've had issues with several computers, outside my ability to troubleshoot. And it has been so great to have professionals to work on them without it costing more than the actual device. We're on year 2 of our Total Tech membership. & I will definitely be continuing to use this service.
