Lying to make a sale

I went and talked with FOUR people, 4 different individuals, two of which were recommended to me to talk with about totaltech membership questions. I explicitly asked each of the 4 people about "what would installation prices be for a totaltech member, if they bought their stuff from another place like Crutchfield" 2 of the 4 said they think it does but advised me to talk with 2 other people that know about totaltech. So after asking the 2 "specialists" my question, they assured me that installations would be free even if i bought my components from a different retailer. Turns out that is not the case and you will be charged for installation but at a discounted rate.
